Great tool to extend space to your staff
We have limited space in our open space office so Roomzilla helps us find dedicated space for our work. The application is easy to use both the web application and the iOS version. It's easy to book in advance and set reoccurring times to use the space. The reminder notification also facilitates folks when their session is done.
- I am able to review available rooms in my office from anywhere.
- Easy to sign up with enough details for other folks to know what I am doing.
- Roomzilla on the mobile app can be a bit clunky.
- App usage for anywhere, you don't have to be in the office space to use it.
- Positive: people have space they can use.

Roomzilla makes organizing meetings seamless.
We use Roomzilla to schedule and book conference rooms and/or phone booths, both within our private office and within common areas of the building at large. This allows us to avoid double-booking, and to ensure that we have a place to hold meetings of various sizes. Roomzilla allows you to see how many seats a conference room can accommodate as well as what type of AV equipment is available, etc., so we can ensure that we aren't missing necessary resources.
- Shows how many seats the room accommodates, what AV equipment it has, and a picture.
- Allows you to check in or end the meeting early.
- Suggests conference rooms for particular times, based on what's already been booked.
- Can integrate with Google Calendar.
- Relies on iPads, which sometimes break or get logged out.
- Can only check-in 5 minutes early. If the room is available it would be helpful to be able to check-in earlier.
- Compatibility with our building's Roomzilla system.

- It has made our meetings more seamless since we don't have to spend time walking around looking for available space.

Room reservation and management made easy with Roomzilla
It is used across the whole organization to reserve/manage room reservations for meetings or personal use. It is integrated with smart devices which are on the entrance of each room for user's commodity but also you can access it from the website. Before we were using a shared spreadsheet so this was a big upgrade.
- Reserve rooms for meetings or personal use.
- Create recurrent reservations.
- Be accessible anywhere and anytime.
- I don't like that you can't reserve a room with only one participant. Sometimes we require the room to make a remote call/meeting and it's only one participant, so that should be taken into account.
- Less wasted time, which translated into more working time.
- Appropriate management of rooms reservations.
- Easy and practical reminders.
We were using a shared spreadsheet before, so this was a great upgrade. No more collisions or reservation deletion/modification by someone else.

Roomzilla is the best kind of room-reserving monster!
The entire organization uses Roomzilla to reserve meeting room space for 1:1s, team meetings, and larger group meetings. Before we used Roomzilla, there was no streamlined way to reserve rooms, so often, people would double book rooms or not know if there was space to meet with someone outside of their desk.
- Reserve rooms easily on their website.
- Add room reservations to Outlook invites.
- When someone cancels a recurring or one-time meeting on Outlook, the reservation isn't removed on Roomzilla. It creates a two-step process for users when they reschedule meetings via Outlook.
- It has allowed employees to easily access and reserve shared spaces so that they can have important phone calls or meetings to achieve results.
I haven't used other meeting space booking software.
