Everytime. All of our rubrik software upgrades are done by support. We just contact and schedule and they perform the upgrades

Amazing simplicity
I had an issue with the AWS EC2 workload indexing. The support engineer was not able to assist me directly but he called somebody from the engineering team at the Rubrik HQ who joined us in the Zoom call and solved my issue directly without waiting for another shift. This is what I call exceptional support and I was not used to it.

Peace of mind with Rubrik
Every time I've contacted support its been a great experience. I've had support contact me to let me know of issues that I hadn't even found out about. They have contacted me about failing drives before they were failed and gotten the replacements out to me before the drive completely failed.

Rubrik’s scalability makes growth easy.
We have had issues with our tier 0 application before and that application provided one employee on a call looking to resolve the issue. Rubrik provided half a dozen experts on various topics and aspects. It shows that they take issues seriously and when it is important to you, they make it important to them.

Rubrik from a users perspective
We had lots of initial teeting problems (more with our environment) and Rubrik were happy to help in anyway possible even when it was apparant the issues were not Rubrik related.

When I have a UI issues where I can't recover and see my backups. International support, local support and even head of support jumped in and helped us t resolve the issue.

literally every support ticket is great. but we had data loss once (not Rubrik's fault) and their backend engineers helped undo the loss of backups

Yes we were doing a data center move and support assist with preparing the Rubrik box remotely to be shut down to be moved. Once we moved and finally got the Rubrik box mounted we could not get the unit setup because we need a special code from support. Local Rubrik team was able at the drop of a dime to meet at the datacenter to input the code to get Rubrik back up and running. I would think any other vendor we would most likely have to wait late next business day for any possible resolution but Rubik exceptional support is a game changer.

On our first interaction with the support I actually missed that the case resolution was provided as it came so fast, that I, used to the previous provider's speed, disregarded the email believing it was simply an acknowledgement that someone was working on the case.
