  • All of our information is one place, which is good.
  • Honestly, it crashes often and we're looking at replacing it.
  • It's ingrained in our processes and it has been decent at pulling together disparate pieces of information, but it is also tough to wrangle.

  • Sage 100 overall had a very positive overall ROI for the business. All users were making decisions based on the same information and valuable time was no longer spent trying to analyze data from a number of sources.
  • Moving the warehouses to using Sage 100 reduced the operating expense of the distribution side of the business by 5% on an annual basis (~$100K).

  • We have seen increased efficiencies for our team members processing orders and fulfillment as they are now integrated.
  • We have cut paper/printing/mail expenses by 500% of what we previously spent.
  • Our overall cash management has improved with the visibility from Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting.

  • The learning curve is much more steep than I would expect from a ledger package.
  • We have not been able to get good reporting from the payroll module to help us prepare for the budgeting process.

  • We were able to convert an acquisition to Sage 100 in 4 months, from acquisition date, mostly because Sage 100 is so easy to use. We had a full EDI system converted in that same time frame. Import and review of data was easy to do.
  • Set up is very simple, not a lot of hidden switches that make other setups complicated.
  • Export of data into other reporting systems is very easy, which makes analysis a breeze.
