Ad-hoc reporting is easy and sensible, along with journal entry and review. In general, it is a good tool for medium-sized companies. Integration is as easy as highlighting a series of cells containing a description, account, debit, and credit for each line item in the journal entry.you can easily navigate to very specific GL lines because the analysis codes are inside the account string.

Overall usability is good as most of the team members use it effectively without any problems. We have customised dashboards according to our needs and that really helps the team to understand it. Plus uploading new leads/meetings is also very easy. One of the best use case is reporting. Reporting is available with only managers and can be easily to get desired results.

Excellent integration with the most important social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to get leads. The mobile app is quite useful for speeding up the tasks at hand and not relying on the computer or being in the office to get them done.

It is fairly easy to use but the plug-ins and connections to non-Sage programs can be really hit or miss. I think the issue is that these connections are developed by third parties and the quality of them is not truly verified by Sage. It can be a frustrating experience when these connections do not work.

Helped us improve on our sales and build up client base while still maintaining their contact databases.
The system is relatively cheap compared to deliverables and it's easier to understand and use.
Managers no longer need to sit down with staff since it's easier to track from the system on specific key parameters that guide us towards realizing better returns.
