I'm also a big fan of the smart list feature. Smart Lists basically allow you to create queries using its easy to use interface. They will return anything (in tabular form) that doesn't require overly complicated join structures on the back-end (database).The home screen should be more customizable, the user should be able to actively move around and resize the data blocks, rather than simply selecting what they would like to include.

Support team is really slow and they need to work on this really. Sometimes it takes days to resolve a simple query and there is no way to get it expedited. Rest the product is is amazing but the team should look into the costumer support and get it working.

Sage is a great CRM for a mid (250k - 500k) business as the price points don't align with a small business ( 0 - 249k) business. Although we have changed CRM since utilizing Sage we are considering utilizing it again in Q3 as our business is growing rapidly.

Lackluster. The Sage City Forum has been significantly more helpful than contacting Sage themselves. Their support website is very clunky and hard to navigate, and the quality of phone calls makes tech support unintelligible.
