  • Sailthru has allowed us to see which emails and language/structures work best by split testing. This has led us to a narrowing of techniques and approaches to yield the most click through and purchase conversion rate we can muster.
  • Sailthru has allowed us to treat customers differently from the outset and split test across the first X months of their time as a new customer to see more medium- to long-term behavioral shifts based on initial email volume or cadence.
  • Without Sailthru, we wouldn't have been able to leave a non-technical team in charge of writing most lifecycles and email campaigns mostly unassisted while also being able to integrate with all of our touch points and smarts.

  • Sailthru allows us to see how well an ad in a newsletter has done by day and week -- allowing us to gift insight for our clients on their ads that ran that week.
  • Sailthru only gives you clicks and touch rates, where as other platforms go deeper and give you insight on hover rates and interaction time with our ads featured.

  • Negative: we had two months where we couldn't get campaigns for a number of days and one issue where code in subject lines wasn't resolved correctly - resulting in some 10,000 users getting emails with a subject line that read "{if first name}...."

  • I have already mentioned this but the efficiency of doing blasts of follow ups from our reps is amazing for our efficiency. They know who is available and ready to close by open and clicks on the emails
  • SailThru has aided us in promotions by knowing who opened and clicked. This has also helped us drive revenue and efficiency to reactivate inactive customers who have not ordering awhile.
  • The site has helped up increase our lead conversion as well due to the fact that we are not only email blasting our leads for follow up but also keeping up with them via our general email blast list. The consistent communication has allowed us to stay top of mind and leads to order from our restaurant group.
