It is being used by a division, which contains several business units. It addresses the business problems that were presented by having decentralized and different marketing automation systems from business unit to business unit. By selecting a tool like Pardot which can cover the needs of the entire division and the individual business unit, a need can be met for centralization and sharing of best practices and general knowledge in regards to marketing and marketing automation.

Our marketing department works on lines of business that our resort opts couldn't close. By using the marketing cloud, our marketing execs and resort ops can quickly transfer, change, and update information on clients that they have worked on and were unable to close and/or avoid repeating phone calls. This also allows them to track sales history when they try to upsell on future products, which is our primary source of revenue.

Our marketing team uses Pardot to automate demand generation programs for our business development unit. At a small scale, Pardot serves the purpose of acting as our email service provider for general newsletter style mailings. From a big picture perspective, Pardot manages automation of all elements of our demand generation programs to ensure valuable data capture, program efficiency and efficacy measures and a positive, modern experience for our digital leads. Prior to Pardot, multiple systems were used to do many manual steps to drive leads. Leads were coming in from one or two channels. Now, we have developed leads from multiple channels in an automated way, keeping our branding and messaging consistent and timely across these channels, while immediately alerting our sales team with marketing qualified leads.

At Builder.ai, we provision a platform where customers come in and design an app on their own using our AI bot Natasha or by customising a set of features available throughout the platform. Salesforce Marketing Cloud is helpful in visualisation of customer journey across the platform. If they do not purchase, midway. We can track the data they provide and then contact them via email, calls. Provisioning of some offers through emails is also done through Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We use it to send out emails to our customers. This helps us stay in touch by sharing important updates, special offers, and information that they might find useful. Personalization: We can customize emails so that each customer gets messages that are more relevant to them, based on what they like and how they interact with us.Automation: We can set up emails to send automatically, so customers get the right information at the right time without us having to send each email manually.
