Salesforce Sales Cloud helps you manage your leads, their origin, contact information, and so on. This helps keep track of your customer's journey from the very beginning.t is a centralized hub where sales teams can get in-depth information about potential customers. I don't see any major issue in the product.

We run our entire business on the Salesforce platform, and that includes Salesforce Sales Cloud, specifically for Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities. We run our weekly sales pipeline calls from a Salesforce Dashboard. We use the standard lead conversion process. We are a consulting company, and use a custom built quoting tool to build resource plans and connect them with standard opportunities.

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the plattform

Rating: 10 out of 10

The platform is our sales console, absolutely all relevant information is processed here, I am constantly updating information about new opportunities, updating the status of ongoing opportunities and even searching for old opportunities to recontact. As a sales developer, my main task is to feed the sales pipeline of commercial executives with new opportunities.

Best of Salesforce Sales Cloud!

Hi! We use it for automations in our company. For when our students make payments on a program we have available or discounted. We usually integrate them with more platforms like Discord, Zapier and Five9 because we have vendors in our company.
