- It gave us a platform to house training videos that our employees can access anytime.
- It allowed us to conduct training on different locations without having a facilitator present on the location itself.
- Our challenge now is whether there is information retention outside SalesHood. The knowledge checks we created weren't comprehensive enough to give us a sense of how information is retained by employees.
