SalesLoft showed us a higher level of functionality than HubSpot, not only in the integration to SFDC, but also overall record management. After some time(roughly two years) and improvements made by HubSpot, they seemed to have caught up to SalesLoft but switching and rebuilding the integration isn't the ideal change we would choose without some glaring issues.

We switched from InsideSales Playbooks to SalesLoft. Salesloft is much easier to use and more intuitive. We had previously used Inside SalesPlaybooks before they changed their name just so we had the powerdialer plug in in Salesforce then tried implementing PlayBooks and it was a bit cumbersome and not intuitive. We evaluated a few others but SalesLoft was the best choice!

They are all great tools, but I think I actually like Mixmax best. However, I used Mixmax most recently so that would need to be taken into consideration. I think if I'd explored Salesloft more at DoorDash, I could very well prefer that. It has tons of tools and is a great program from what I saw.

Salesloft from my experience is better than Pipedrive in functionality, but is probably slightly behind Hubspot. Management decided to move from Hubspot to Salesforce for a more sales-focused platform and possibly the price.

Cirrus was so bad. It was slow and never properly added information from Salesforce into the merge fields. I always had to manually update my emails, which was awful. When we implemented SalesLoft and it actually added the merge data in, I couldn't believe it. I can send emails again! I can send lots of emails! I don't have to carve out a block of time in my calendar just to send emails! I can send them out immediately after a call without interrupting my flow. It is amazing.

We were previously using Mixmax and found it to be generally quite good. We also evaluated Outreach before selecting Salesloft. We chose to move to Salesloft because of a) the size of the company and the reputation in the industry; b) our team members had previous experience with it; c) the user interface; d) the integration with Salesforce, and LinkedIn; and e) we needed the Dialer tool.

There are huge differences within both solutions. First of all the user interphase with XANT is not friendly at all. The reporting capabilities are awful. Managers had to build a specific reports leveraging Salesforce to do so. XANT crashed all the time and you never had an accurate visibility of what was going on with your work efforts.

we used Yesware mainly to create template emails and to see the opening of our emails.
SalesLoft is winning by far as the product is much more complete, allows more automation, calendar functionality and so on. Our company selected SalesLoft because it was recommended to us and it has honestly changed my daily job.
