I believe that the integration has been relatively smooth in terms of being able to enroll prospects into cadences and tracking activity. Some areas of improvement come from reporting, especially on the timeliness of follow up once MQLs are passed to the team. Another area of improvement for the integration is around the rules for enrolling prospects into specific cadences.

There are a few issues between SalesLoft and Salesforce when it comes to updating records. Specifically, if I import a lead or add a cadence to a lead in the SalesLoft sidebar, I have to refresh my Salesforce page in order to make any changes to Salesforce (like updating the lead status or phone number). I think this is more to do with the version of Salesforce we have, but I'm not an expert so I just know what I see.

I was not responsible for setting up the integration but I reap the benefits. There is a direct integration between Salesloft, Salesforce, Gmail, and my Google calendar. The calendar integration has been a game changer for me in terms of being able to set meetings with prospects and customers. Very happy with how Salesloft integrates with the rest of our tech stack.

It is integrated to SugarCRM but fine tuning some functionalities would be great. For example, when the status is changed in the CRM, for it to stop sending emails (but this is also because I am not so keen on the dialing functionality - I prefer being able to see "hot leads" within my other dashboard)

I would classify SalesLoft as easy to integrate. Today the tool meets the needs, controls, procedures and processes of my activities with great consistency. I use the integration with Salesforce and Outlook, and within this need, it proves to be quite agile and reliable. In my country, we use it a lot as support for the phone and email, the Whatsapp application. Some people consider it more agile than those mentioned above. If SalesLoft had integration with this app it would be very useful and welcome.

I don't have any issues with the integrations that SalesLoft is currently being used with. I don't really want to comment on our whole tech stack, but we have even found really enjoyable ways to make the "success" button fun in our internal communication platform. It's a robust system that works well in a tech stack.

It has great functionality that is easy to use. I think the interface is very appropriate and easy; however, there are a lot of features that I don't even know about or how to use. For example, this week i just learned you can pre-record voicemails (awesome!).

The integration for us was ridiculously easy. We setup OAuth in a matter of minutes and immediately moved over into automation rules and SFDC automation to make the integration even stronger. Field mapping was a breeze and very straightforward. The process itself is lengthy, but you need to invest in the automation to really make this product shine to its fullest potential.

It's pretty much a one click integration (at least for us using Sales Force Dot Com -SFDC!). As well as with our gmail. All of it is linked easily and through a few clicks and logins. You can easily do it yourself! Beyond SFDC and gmail, I'm not positive what other email service providers and CRMs SalesLoft integrates with.

SalesLoft integrates with Salesforce almost flawlessly. It's very easy to transport contacts into SalesLoft from Salesforce. This can be done by creating a New View or Report. Report does not always work though if I'm being honest. But it's nice to have more than one import option.
