When a new lead arrives I can insert it in the right cadence, I can create a personal template with the various steps, attach documents. It can improve by giving the possibility of changing the email address of the prospect (it happens when the email is wrong) but it does not change it and the procedure is long

I would personally recommended Salesloft as a tool to any mid to large size team of sales people or customer / merchant success teams. It is less needed if you don’t require to do mass outbound emails. If you use sales force it will be super easy to integrate and add those accounts in

Salesloft is well suited for sales matrix org structures where multiple reps are working the same account. It helps to coordinate resources and ensure the same person isn't getting hit by 3+ people at the same time.

Salesloft isn't as useful for an org with a 1:1 tie between reps and accounts. Single AE org structure could be better suited by other players in the space.

It's easy to build, the support is excellent, and it's simple to execute. Having Salesloft in place gives us some room to experiment by allowing us to leverage insight: what is and isn't working. Leads are precious, and being able to put them through a system that we can customize and monitor is really, really helpful.

If you are a new logo sales position, this is a must have to get your activity up. It provides all the automation necessary to get emails and calls out while giving you insight on what is working and what isn't working with metrics. While we only use a limited amount of the full capabilities, it is still apart of my everyday work.

SalesLoft is well suited for any organization looking to add a CRM to their lead management system. They user-friendliness of importing leads from multiple third parties direct to cadences truly makes the reach-out process efficient, allowing reps to focus their efforts on other revenue-generating activities. SalesLoft might not particularly be useful in scenarios where their lead management system already has a communication platform for prospects.

It is best suited when we Target the same audience and run a specific cadence catering to all of them.
For reporting purposes it is still difficult to use as we do not have multi select option

Organizations with budget and proper support resources will be able to best leverage the benefits of SalesLoft. Earlier stage organizations with bootstrap budgets would still benefit from SalesLoft, albeit, I personally feel that without the proper RevOp's resources, that SalesLoft potentially loses a bit compared to Outreach.io.

Salesloft is an extremely powerful tool for outbound/cold outreach. When it comes to core functionality: cadence (aka sequence) building and tracking, the process of running cadences, setting tasks/reminders, note-taking, SFDC integration, and reporting -- Salesloft is top of its game. The more "in the weeds" you get with the platform, the more you'll discover some advanced and extremely useful toolsets/features. In this, there are things like automated reporting or manager-specific views that I wish Salesloft had (or maybe they do have, but I am unaware/ we are not set up for these features). Overall an impressive and invaluable tool in your sales tech stack.

Salesloft is an extraordenarily powerful tool that helps you get more out of Salesforce. The integration works well. It also integrates with Vidyard and many other systems. I highly receommend this tool to anyone who is looking to automate more of their sales processes. It's a great tool for every market (SMB, mid market and enterprise).

Salesloft was great if you were sending out an email to prospects or clients that needed to go to more than 10 people. I loved using salesloft for mail merges going to over 100 people, because it helps you personalize those emails but still get them all out in a quick and organized manner.

Salesloft is best suited for outbound campaigns with multiple touchpoints, it helps you reduce manual steps which saves you a lot of time. It also helps team managers to track their team's performance well. It's not suited for an industry that operates on Sunday such as Dubai or the Middle East as you cannot have call steps acting on the weekend and that's a major limitation there.

Salesloft is well suited for sales development representative teams that need to keep track of many prospects and campaigns at once. It's easy to track activity, set tasks and create automated emails and templates. The platform is hindered by the lack of polish in it's user interface and buggy dialer (sometimes it won't let you answer incoming calls and also will disconnect your default mic settings).

SalesLoft is most appropriate for BDR and Sales teams or others like an implementation team that would have prescriptive processes that need to be followed. You can incorporate calls, emails, or "Other" activities that need to be completed as they move through a cadence. It is also useful because you can provide templates throughout the process as well and you can ensure consistency by various team members.

SalesLoft is great if you're looking to take a lot of the manual work out of the sales process, like calling out and drafting emails. Just utilize templates to make your life a lot easier there. Having used other email automation software, SalesLoft is so much easier to use. It easily captures the merge fields and adds the necessary information--I rarely ever have to manually edit the information.

Its well suited for tracking sales leads. The cadences are simple to use. If you are tracking analytics, it may be better to use Salesforce for data/tasks.
