(1-25 of 232)Best CRM for Midmarket
- Analytics on sequences
- Live activity feed
- Sequence A/B/C Testing
- Extension on gmail could operate better
- linkedin integration is not helpful
- contact data would be great
Salesloft - Great pipeline management productivity tool!
- Cadences
- Dialer
- Email open notifications
- metrics
- The dialer number occassionally is different than what we built, this causes confusion and us getting tagged with "SPAM". To Saleslofts credit, they addressed it immediately and it's gotten much better.

Salesloft for SalesDev
- Total count of activities per team and per rep
- Cadence
- Tags used are really helpful
- Multi select option is not available
- Cannot make any field mandatory
- Selecting multiple tags at once
- Account Based Management - Messaging
- Cadence structuring and providing insights into outbound efforts
- Provides a cohesive dashboard and eliminates the need to jump across screens
- Deploying AI recommendations for messaging to avoid spam filters
- Integrate data partners outside of Sales Navigator
- Incorporate SMS capability
Can't function w/o Salesloft.
- Cadence organization.
- Note-taking and task follow-up.
- Reporting (optimal call time, pipeline/ contact adds, email/cadence success rates).
- Calendaring -- specifically ensuring credit is properly aligned when trying to calendar for sellers as a BDR -- even when using a booking/ calendar availability link (a seller's link -- this is the trouble spot from what I recall and why we can't use some of the helpful link scheduling tools in our org).
- Would love to set up some report automation on the management side -- where specific things could be sent to me (e.g., I would love to set up a report that would auto-populate to show how many dials were completed during a power-hour/blitz period that would hit my alerts in the UI or be sent to email/Slack automatically).
- A manager-specific view/home screen would be nice but not essential.
Salesloft is a must have
- Automated cadences
- Calendar integration
- Email open tracking
- Nothing comes to mind!
Salesloft for all!
- Cadences
- Templates
- Personalization rate
- Open rate
- Accuracy
- Call metrics
- Reminder for missed steps
Phenomenal setup and support experience!
- The use of cadences allows my team to quickly process calls that have been prequalified by our filters in Salesforce
- The live call coaching with "drop in" capability has been useful for quality checking the calls, while allowing us to steer a call in a particular direction if necessary
- Opportunity management has been our pain point with SalesLoft from the start. With the acquisition of Costello, we hope they will be able to close the gap.
- The import process from Salesforce into SalesLoft can be problematic, but it allows for an additional layer of scrutiny in our qualifying stage.
Easy to use product that is insanely powerful!
- The powerdialer in Salesforce is really nice. Not having to hop back and forth between SL and SF
- The cadences are easy to set up and use.
- It's nice to be able to utilize other reps cadences when you see they are performing better than yours.
- It would be really nice if Salesloft automatically imported people in to Salesforce or reduced the amount of clicks it took to import someone. That can be a bit time consuming
- It would be nice if you could see high level metrics instead of having to click into each cadence or each rep
Reliable and easy way to engage prospects
- reporting on cadences
- tools to build cadences
- team collaboration
- the dialer needs some improvement
- the option to silence spam calls
- block spam calls altogether
Easy to Use Software!
- Sending emails
- creating templates
- creating tasks
- providing sales coaching
- providing feedback
- quicker customer support or weekly tips in emails to users
One of the best tools for sales outreach
- Automates email.
- Sending emails as per the prospects timezone.
- It Integrates with LinkedIn sales navigator and you can send connection requests directly from sales loft.
- Track performance of each cadence.
- User Interface and User Experience.
- Better detection of out of office email.
- Option of call steps to be shown on Saturday and Sunday as well as there are some market which is open on Sunday as well - (example Dubai).
Simple, Effective, but a little buggy
- Sales Campaigns
- Email Automation
- Tracking Outreach
- Dialer can be buggy
- User interface is ugly
- Easy Cadence Creation: It is relatively simple to create cadences that different teams can use to share information with clients and prospects. This can be used to invite people to webinars, follow up from conferences, or assist with both inbound or outbound prospecting efforts.
- Provide Snippets or Templates: It is really easy to create both templates and snippets that the team can use. This provides flexibility with how we can work with the needs of each individual team member.
- Integrate with Salesforce: We utilize salesforce and overall it has been a relatively easy integration.
- Analytics - There is a lot to be desired in their reporting platform. This is a massive issue in my opinion because really the tool should be used to help identify areas of opportunity, but even with the .csv files, there is a lot to be desired. Most of the analysis we do is still manual.
- Managing teams - In an ideal world, we should be able to group by sub-teams and that way each team won't see every single template. Right now it is impossible to do this without creating a huge mess. Better permissions and grouping would be ideal.
- Variable Tags - I think it would be great to have areas that you can leave "blank" that don't tie back to salesforce. This would make it easier to ensure email templates get customized before deployed.
Wouldn't choose it if I could do it all over again
- Live feed
- Measuring engagement
- Cadence guidance
- Sync with Salesforce
- Support is heavily lacking
- Errors with Outlook that no one seems to solve
- Full dashboard metrics in Salesforce
- Discrepancy in engagement numbers
- Unable to export much of the info to Excel
SalesLoft is great!
- Being able to script out reps written communication
- Maximize time by scaling an outreach effort but still making it look personalized
- Understand what emails and steps of a cadence are ineffective and need to be replaced.
- Billing is normally clunky and not responsive
- Email automation is a huge boon. Templates can be shared between different teams so something the outbound team has can certainly be used by the SDR team in certain cases.
- Standardized call dispositions take the guesswork out of what happened on a call and ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Provides a dialer that is connected directly to Salesforce so I can stay in Salesforce and not have to use a separate website or app to dial out.
- The Salesforce sidebar could use some work. There's no option to sort due cadences by Time Zone without clicking through into the cadence. I would like the option to sort by Time Zone first.
- There's no option for Canadian phone numbers for the local dialer. It always shows up as a Boston number, which weirds out my Canadian clients.
- People are removed from a cadence the moment they respond to you via email. It's a pain to go back and add them back into the specific step of the cadence I have them in. I'd prefer the option to turn that on or off.
Happy as a clam
- Dialing out to call
- Logging call notes
- Automated emails
- Automation after you have finished a call/completing task
Straightforward Sales Cadence tool
- Cadences
- Suggestions
- Analytics
- Email tracking
- Outlook intergrations
- E-mail function
- Template creation
- Endless amounts of cadence options to create based on any time of customer base
- Dialer and logging features
- TAGS being moved to the top of the contact screen for easier noticeability
- The ability to add a couple of contacts to one contact page - for example, Buyer & department manager, both names on one contact page with email addresses
- It sends out emails after each other; they do not get blocked from institutes if you send them to more people in one institute
- It is easy to use in a team
- The templates are great to share between colleagues
- I would like to have an Excel upload possibility
- More emails per day would be great
First time users of Salesloft and we like it!
- Easy to use, clean and relatively intuitive interface.
- Enables automated outreach at scale, that can also be personalized to the prospect.
- Strong integrations with Salesforce and Gmail.
- Alerts you when you attempt to put someone on multiple cadences.
- Some small tasks I would like to be easier that are not available.
- Does not show the entire activity on the account if it happens outside of the Salesloft cadence.
- I wish it enabled more rich content - embed images, videos, articles, GIFs in the emails.
- The Reminders system does not connect me to the cadence or area of activity where the task needs to be completed.
