I use SalesManago on a daily basis, primarily for marketing emails, customer support via live chat, lead gathering and nurturing, and minor website personalizations with pop-ups and web notifications.I find SalesManago to be a good and reliable tool with a flat learning curve.
The email builder is simple to use, with a good analytics panel. Pre-made templates can be found for free or at a certain cost, and HTML templates can be imported.
The live chat tool allows instant communication with customers. If the customer is no longer online, it is possible to communicate with them via their personal contact info from their account.
SalesManago also offers its customers the possibility to use pop-ups and notifications on the website. I'd like the pop-ups to be a bit more customizable, but apart from that, they work fine. Pop-ups can be scheduled on specific days, webpages, user groups, or actions on the website.
I found the support team to be fast and always available for any questions I had. When starting to use SalesManago, I received an in-depth introduction to all the tools and services available to me.
