I use SalesManago on a daily basis, primarily for marketing emails, customer support via live chat, lead gathering and nurturing, and minor website personalizations with pop-ups and web notifications.I find SalesManago to be a good and reliable tool with a flat learning curve.<br><br>The email builder is simple to use, with a good analytics panel. Pre-made templates can be found for free or at a certain cost, and HTML templates can be imported.<br><br>The live chat tool allows instant communication with customers. If the customer is no longer online, it is possible to communicate with them via their personal contact info from their account.<br><br>SalesManago also offers its customers the possibility to use pop-ups and notifications on the website. I'd like the pop-ups to be a bit more customizable, but apart from that, they work fine. Pop-ups can be scheduled on specific days, webpages, user groups, or actions on the website.<br><br>I found the support team to be fast and always available for any questions I had. When starting to use SalesManago, I received an in-depth introduction to all the tools and services available to me. We now have a monthly meeting with the support team for any kind of request.I found the support team to be fast and always avalaible for any question I had.

It is a very powerful system that allows you to implement advanced communication paths or fully automated sales funnels.Messages can be created using both HTML and a creator, which we use very often and both solutions work very well for us.

I work for an agency and I've been helping my customers with SALESmanago since 2016. I think SALESmanago is a very good solutions for ecommerces who want to scale and maximize their results. SALESmanago with his CDP allow you to know better your customers and with automations helps you to reach the right person at the right time.
  • Segmentation - you can segment people in many ways (e.g using tags, rfm matrices, sales funnels, dynamic segments).
  • Automation flows - using workflows, automation rules, and website automations you can automatically do marketing actions after a trigger and in specific conditions. You have a lot of events, conditions and actions
  • Product Recommendations - this tool allow you to recommend products on your website. Maybe it's not quick to prepare it but the results at the end are awesome
  • RFM Segmentation - this is a great tool to segment and reach people according to their RFM profile
  • Lead Generation Tools - SALESmanago has a lot of lead generation tools such has forms, popups, landing pages - but I think it can be improved this area
  • Reporting - comparing it with some other tool in this market I think this area could be improved with maybe custom reports
  • Recommendation Frames - I put the same area I put on "advantage" because I think that the builder could be improved a lot - it's a very good tool, maybe the one that give you the most important results but to do it you have ask SALESmanago for custom implementation.
SALESmanago is a good fit for ecommerce business who want to grow fast. Is a good solution if you want to invest your time to prepare a strategy and implement it. I always say that a marketing automation platform (not only salesmanago) it's not a magic button that multiply your revenues. You have to prepare a strategy implement it, monitor and improve again again and again.

Considering business without an ecommerce there are some other better than SALESmanago.

A lot of potential, a pretty much seamless experience, and a great support team. For the last 2 years, and 4 for my team, I have used SALESmanago software for building our Omni-channel automated workflows, launching Email marketing campaigns, managing some customer segmentations, and initiating some custom adjustments specifically for our organization. I have witnessed amazing capabilities and great support from the SALESmanago team, especially since we have multiple offline and online channels that needed a lot of integrations in collecting, organizing and communicating as well.

I use SALESmanago mostly because I see this tool as a superb hub for small and medium companies. It not only gives companies the possibility to automate a lot of mundane marketing tasks but also allows to create an efficient environment to work within for marketing and sales teams. Small to medium company introducing new services, and communicate with users. Using SALESmanago they could collect data about user behavior (both on www, app and also in communication with client via telephone) and determine the best time to send communication, make a call or present an offer. But that is B2B/B2C. The whole other world opens when you are e-commerce. You can personalize your e-commerce platform, create funnels, use RFM marketing or create newsletters 100% personalized for your customers.

SALESmanago helps me with creating Marketing Automation scenarios and strategies in both on-site and off-site campaigns. From webpush and email campaigns, through cart rescue-like flows up to fullfledged personalization systems. In online-pharmacy/e-commerce business this can be quite difficult from legal standpoint, however, SALESmanago proved to be great partner and advisor.

  • Plus: The system is relatively easy to use, this is, of course, a subjective matter, but I don't think I've ever felt like SALESmanago caused me any difficulty in day-to-day use. Its responsiveness and personalization capabilities proved to be quite helpful. Another plus for me is the help from our account manager. Whenever I need something to be programmed in our system, support is fast and reliable.
  • Room for improvements: Lack of access to contacts defined only by cookie. This would greatly impact and improve my work regarding onsite campaigns and building a client base.
  • New tag grouping system would be nice. For now, trying to analyze what tags are on contacts card has proven to be more than difficult. It's like huge mass of all kinds of tags. Unreadable frankly speaking.
  • New filter in email and webpush dashboards. Sometimes I would like to check OP or CTR of a specific month or week and I simply can't do that. All I can do is use predefined options, but it's simply not enough.

The platform is easy in use, with no coding and fast to integrate with a website, usually it takes up to 3 months to start using the features and have some initial results. They update the tools often and make some changes up to the needs of clients. No other platform with so many tools on this level of cost.
