Thanks to dynamic segments, you can easily create a modern mailing layout, and sending web push takes a moment. Implementing changes becomes simple and everyday work more pleasant. A huge advantage is support that responds very quickly and a dedicated Caregiver showing how you can use 100% of the SALESmanago potential for your business.

I use SALESmanago mostly because I see this tool as a superb hub for small and medium companies. It not only gives companies the possibility to automate a lot of mundane marketing tasks but also allows to create an efficient environment to work within for marketing and sales teams. Usually I use SALESmanago as a data hub, CRM, and marketing workflow center.

Small to medium company introducing new services, and communicate with users. Using SALESmanago they could collect data about user behavior (both on www, app and also in communication with client via telephone) and determine the best time to send communication, make a call or present an offer. But that is B2B/B2C. The whole other world opens when you are e-commerce. You can personalize your e-commerce platform, create funnels, use RFM marketing or create newsletters 100% personalized for your customers.

SALESmanago helps me with creating Marketing Automation scenarios and strategies in both on-site and off-site campaigns. From webpush and email campaigns, through cart rescue-like flows up to fullfledged personalization systems. In online-pharmacy/e-commerce business this can be quite difficult from legal standpoint, however, SALESmanago proved to be great partner and advisor.

  • Plus: The system is relatively easy to use, this is, of course, a subjective matter, but I don't think I've ever felt like SALESmanago caused me any difficulty in day-to-day use. Its responsiveness and personalization capabilities proved to be quite helpful. Another plus for me is the help from our account manager. Whenever I need something to be programmed in our system, support is fast and reliable.
  • Room for improvements: Lack of access to contacts defined only by cookie. This would greatly impact and improve my work regarding onsite campaigns and building a client base.
  • New tag grouping system would be nice. For now, trying to analyze what tags are on contacts card has proven to be more than difficult. It's like huge mass of all kinds of tags. Unreadable frankly speaking.
  • New filter in email and webpush dashboards. Sometimes I would like to check OP or CTR of a specific month or week and I simply can't do that. All I can do is use predefined options, but it's simply not enough.

It offers many possibilities not only for e-commerce. Our services are related and targeted at a specific target group, so generating leads and segmentation of databases are the most important business areas for us, and Salesmanago is great support. We use it for personalized communication, especially email marketing and marketing automation. This allows us to cross our activities between our platforms and websites and gain even more knowledge about users.

We implement SALESmanago in B2C sector and get really good feedback from our clients. The platform is easy in use, with no coding and fast to integrate with a website, usually it takes up to 3 months to start using the features and have some initial results. They update the tools often and make some changes up to the needs of clients. No other platform with so many tools on this level of cost.

Right now, we are not using it because we have not found a client willing to use it. We evaluate many products that clients may use and offer an agnostic presentation for each product or service. The problem is SALESmanago is not price neutral compared to competing services but customer service further west than the US east coast is non-existent.
  • Fairly intuitive UI
  • Not the most expensive option
  • A good choice if you are a company based in Europe
  • Their expansion into the US has not been very successful, and if you are a West Coast customer want training, be prepared to get up at 4 a.m.
  • While their functionality is comparable to competing products there is nothing particularly unique to what they offer
  • Their instructional literature was obviously not produced by people for who English is a first language and they are not particularly English proficient.
They are very strong in Europe and if you are an Eastern European entrepreneur on the US East Coast, they might be a better fit than HubSpot or Marketo. But if you are new to marketing automation, it could be a difficult learning curve. And at present (Feb 2017) the European exchange rates make it an unattractive. There are also some issues with price transparency. Add-on fees can mount up.

We use Salesmanago because we want to ease our efforts in inbound marketing. We got an all in one platform; starting from form leads generation, leads profiling, to leads nurturing. We also have user behavior analytics complete with its automated action based on that behavior.

I have worked with a lot of other marketing automation solutions and I can confirm - so far, I have not found a solution as efficient and as flexible as SALESmanago. Even if it offers complete features, the solution price is decent for any business.
  • The solution is easy to use, once you learn it. Given that the marketing automation software is very complex, they managed to create a user-friendly interface, easy to use even without programming knowledge.
  • Educates users and customers - It is impressive how many resources SALESmanago invested in educating customers. We are talking about video tutorials, webinars every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, blog articles, infographics, free eBooks, Marketing Automation Day, events etc.
  • Multiple tools integrated into one - it's a habit that you find all the information and tools you need in one place. There are other solutions on the market, but SALESmanago is among the only ones that provides an overview
  • 30 day free trial - the advantage is that you do not have to pay first to use the solution. In the 30 day trial you have the opportunity to discover all the secrets of this tool and see if it fits to your business.
  • Few integrations with third parties. It almost always requires assistance from the IT department in order to be implemented.
Take time to learn how to use SALESmanago in the testing phase of the solution. Take advantage of educational materials that it provides in order to understand how they help you and how to do great marketing using SALESmanago. Given the existing features in relation to the decent price of the solution, I recommend SALESmanago for any type of business.

SALESmanago is a cost effective marketing automation tool with many great features. It provides an opportunity for marketing automation and even for using dynamic content in automated campaigns, banners etc. It solves the problem with multichannel marketing automation and dynamic content in automated campaigns. It make marketing campaign more relevant and successful.
  • Best use for ecommerce is in dynamic 1-1 newsletters for monitored contacts after just viewing few products and not buying.
  • Also it is great for lead generation because popups can be used wisely without spamming any users. They can also use dynamic content for more relevance and conversion.
  • There are great modules for analyzing TOP seen and TOP bought products by each user and whole base. So you can figure out trends and you can use the knowledge to make more relevant dynamic offers.
  • Using all possible features is hard. There is a need for individual strategy, but that is done well by their partners.
  • Timing and cooldowns could be done better.
  • Drag and drop creators are not top notch in market at the moment.
SALESmanago is best for ecommerce where you can benefit from dynamic content the most. Also it is great for large corporations with a lot of products where you can generate leads wisely with website popups and banners.
