We used this while going through a reorg. Was good to see different variations of the chart as we were trying to decide which employee moves to which group. It was also nice that we could color code each employee to represent certain salary bands, reporting lines and leveled groups.

It was pretty good for making variations on an org chart while our HR team was in charge of a re organization. We liked that we could collaborate on all documents and make several versions of org charts while deciding which employee should be on which team. Ultimately, the visual expressions helped us decide on teams, groups and reporting lines.

They were both good products and we used them interchangeably. Ultimately, we ended up preferring Lucidchart, but this product also offers a great interface.
