[SalesOutlook CRM is] used across the whole organization. Salesforce and Outlook are integrated and it has become extremely useful to have all information in sync. To have contacts from valuable accounts and information related to those accounts syncs without Outlook makes it very efficient and useful.

SalesOutlook CRM is extremely useful when you are working with either a few accounts/contacts or many accounts/contacts. It is extremely useful to be organized and maintain your book of business. It not only keeps you connected with your accounts, but it also informs you of when you last contacted them.

[SalesOutlook CRM] was mainly used by our pre-sales & client relationship department for achieving tasks such as connecting with potential contacts, tracking appointments & driving sales calls timely owing to its simple yet powerful integration with outlook webmail.
This tool helped us in managing our customer base information efficiently & eased the overall quotation process.

  • Manually inputting of contacts needs to be fixed.
  • There could be more knowledge documents for the tool.
We were using [SalesOutlook CRM] for a seamless experience when it comes to managing clients and their databases in a uniform way.
I personally think this tool is a bit hard to learn & is most recommended to someone with prior experience with using Microsoft products.

The tool lives up to its expectation and completely ticks all the required boxes. Starting from its intuitive features to the post-sales support everything is on point and this makes the end-user experience more hassle free.

We use it to connect emails with our clients to their accounts in Salesforce. We use it solely in the sales department. It addresses issues of mistyping information or forgetting to attach important documents to a file.

  • It is easy to view in conjunction with Outlook
  • Keeps people accountable for details in the file
  • Sometimes it doesn't load properly
  • Would like some of the buttons to be a bit more user-friendly
It is good for situations where you are emailing with clients about pertinent information that needs to be included in the SalesForce account for that client. It is much easier than having to copy and paste. It is not as appropriate for attachments because you cannot attach PDFs etc., to the SalesForce account page from Outlook.

  • Speeds up the process of getting cases through all the steps
  • Sometimes there are glitches and takes time out of business to reload etc.
I have never used a similar product to this. So far my experience with this product is pretty good. I would recommend it to colleagues and other businesses.
