We use SAP Card Management in conjunction with Concur. Our employees use the cards to book travel and training, and then create expense reports for said expenses.

Not everything that can be done on computer is reflective in the phone App.
Alerts are not up to date with new User Interface layout which is misleading to users.
When have issues it would be easier to call than put in ticket and wait for response.

Travel is common in my company and having a system that accurately consolidates all the information regarding expenses is key. Also, it being integrated with SAP makes it even easier, because it automatically accrues expenses, the expense is charged to the correct cost coding, consolidating information and financial system is made very easy

Speed between card company and the app. Bank app is immediate, it can take up to a few days to have expenses reflected in SAP Card Management apps
