Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

There is already a SAP integration framework - which is a big plus. Moreover, there are quite a lot of extensions for the smooth integration. And there is quite extensive documentation.
Why not higher: time consuming integration (won't share time as it depends from case to case), and it's still SAP - therefore complexity is high as always.

SAP Commerce Cloud easily intergrated with GoDaddy store front and made it easy to scale. It picked up where GoDaddy left off and made inventory easy. The payment ease is also better. There are many more opportunities as a result of the new platform and inventory integration. It is better than the current erp software

For me, this feels difficult to narrow down since every integration complexity depends on the specific systems involved, the business needs, and the budget. It provides some REST API integration and various extension points, which I would say makes it relatively straightforward to connect to other SAP solutions and third-party systems. However, as I said before, it depends on the specific requirements of the business as some require more effort and technical expertise, which can make the process more challenging. Overall, it offers enough integration flexibility, but the ease of integration depends on the technical knowledge of the integrator, the business needs, and the resources available for the case.

As always such a implementation is complex due to the special requirements and processes of a B2B company. However if you are running SAP ERP it offers a lot of standard integrations which helps during the implementation.

We didn't have much to integrate, but it was easy to add to our webpage.

The social sharing was also extremely easy. The dashboard for it was smooth as well to make connecting to the logistics piece easy. We don't ship anything physically so that's different. I'd definitely recommend them though.

SAP Commerce Cloud can definitely work well with the SAP ERP. You can clearly see that they come from the same company as their product logic is the same and they completely match. Also, SAP Commerce Cloud can work with the many customizations developed on SAP ERP without too complex development operations.

SAP Commerce is build with state-of-art integration technology, all data in the commerce framework can be exposed as a ODATA web service, so you can integrate in a brezze with other solutions. As a standar now we can have webhooks to send data to other systems. In terms of SAP solutions there are a lot of standard integrations flows in SAP Integration Suite. Also for legacy systmes you can use Hotfolder Cloud too.

The interaction with other SAP ecosystem products is really simple; I particularly enjoy the integration of SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP HAC and SAP Backoffice; it makes things more organized; and the interface with SAP ERP, S4 has also been simple and beneficial.

For non-SAP apps to be integrated, we had a number of criteria. The user was able to check their accounts and targeted ship-to for bulk deliveries thanks to the territory management system's use of common API calls to backend databases. OpenText Media Manager's standard integration plug-ins made integrating photos simple and allowed for the sourcing of approved images.

OOTB integration services with SAP ERP is readily available in commerce cloud package which helps in decrease the implementations time and increase the seamless experience for the end customers.
Integration with any 3rd party system is also easy as the base framework is in Java and supports REST as well as SOAP services.
Integration with analytics tool like Google Analytics and SEO, frontend work is easy in terms of the implementations.

Its interface is quite complete, and the solutions it offers complement each other perfectly, so the integration of another system would make things more complex; the only thing we have opted for is integration with image tools to obtain greater resolution and quality.
