We used the old Ellucian T&E System before switching to Concur. IT was not as user friendly. But it was easier to integrate with Banner than Concur is.

Expenses submission in 5-10 minutes
It's been more than 15 years since I've used another expense reporting product other than Concur Travel and Expense (and Gelco the predecessor Concur) that I don't know another product. This is a testimony to how well Concur Travel and Expense works that no one in the corporation wants to replace. Executives love it; Admins love it; travelers at all levels love how easy it is to complete expense reporting.

Best cloud based expense software I've used
SAP Concur is easier to use than Zoho Expense. It provides better and more advanced features along with being easier to learn and use. Similar process were taking more time to complete through Zoho.

Its also easy to generate reports and navigate through the past trips and expenses for making easy and informed business decision. Overall this is a great travel expenses management.

Inexpensive but limited
It is not the same comparison and would not be fair to compare these. These are purpose-built dedicated platforms that integrate with the enterprise's ERP thoroughly and provide contract and S2P services together with insights extraction via purchasing data tools and insights. This would be an overcall for most SMEs that would be looking at Concur.
