The SAP Concur is very intuitive and easy to use. The mobile app is also very easy to use and providing great user Experience. The workflow for booking tickets, hotels, cars, etc. do hand hold and walk through each step. Creating expense reports is also very easy to navigate. Automatic mail about the charges made to card keep user informed.

Employees can easily submit expenses by capturing receipts with their mobile phones, and then SAP Concur’s OCR technology reads and populates results automatically in the app. This has made the process faster and reduced the need for manual entry. As a results result employees spend less time. Also with automated workflows and real-time tracking, expense reports move through the approval process more quickly, resulting in faster reimbursement. In this case employees experience less delay in getting reimbursed for personal expenses.

Employee experience As far as I have, I made claims for my cab expenses, traveling through flights, and later, it was audited, and I was notified about the same. Sometimes, claims are returned, but no notifications come for this. You have to check the system for your claim status manually. The UI has scope of improvement to be honest, features seems to be scattered.

The huge role of admins is to monitor the travel expenses, and SAP Concur has made it efficient by ensuring e-receipts are uploaded on time. On the employees end, the development of an online booking feature creates an easy time, and no extra efforts required to move and look for accommodations and hotels.
