Expense Management in One Place

Excellent solution for travel booking and expense reporting
- Expense reporting: I no longer need to use archaic systems to process expense reports. Business reimbursement is now very simple and takes up a far smaller fraction of my time than it used to.
- Travel planning: I can book travel, review booked travel, and then automatically feed those expenses directly into the reporting module to get reimbursed.

- Mobile app! The convenience of being able to upload, code, submit and approve remotely is the best feature.
- Review, editing, and approval of other reports is quick, self-explanatory, and immediate.

Concur Expense does what you need it to do!
- Ease of access
- Quick syncing
- You can add in the receipts on your phone and if needed to complete on a computer you can.
- The way the app will read recipes for you is super helpful. Gone are the days that you need to take the receipt, scan it and then add in the actual dollar amounts. The app takes care of that for you.

Great product - Excellent with a few updates
- It allows for a myriad formats when attaching expense proof. So I can attach a photo, scan or PDF without needing convert any files
- Once submitted, the expense report requires no further action from me and is automated once I submit it.

Overall very happy; lots of room for improvement
- Mileage Calculator. Concur has a built-in Google Maps mileage calculator that makes it very easy to calculate mileage expenses according to the exact route taken by the user.
- Mobile Application. The integration of ExpenseIt, which scans and reads receipts to assist in automated expense entry, saves our users time they would otherwise spend manually entering expense details and is also available anytime, anywhere, which reduces lost receipts.
- The ExpenseIt feature - I can take a picture of the receipt before I even leave the restaurant and it's ready for me when I do the expense report. No more lost receipts
