Customer Data Solutions availability has been pretty good, anytime there has been any issues like I mentioned before, support staff has been quickly avialable to help trouble shoot things. Customer data solutions has had very few outages during out time using it as well and when they happen it's a quick resolution.

I have not faced any significant availability issues so far with SAP Customer Data Solutions. The entire platform is very stable and is easily scalable, too. Application errors pop up due to manual errors, but that, too, is very rare. Also, the patch updates are very regular and have very minimal downtime, which is helpful for us.

The platform pulls data from multiple sources, cleaning, and restructuring it allowing us to expand our growth opportunities by providing highly tailored suggestions on each page for our visitors which made it tremendously simple for us to provide rich and customized experiences to our visitors in the best way possible.

I would rate SAP Customer Data Solutions as a very good 9 for its availability. It works well and is easily accessible, with few disruptions. Although some minor application errors or outages have occurred, they are fixed quickly, causing little disruption to our workflow. Helps us by resolving the issue of needing to gather and examine client data manually from several sources. Customer data is centrally located on the platform, which facilitates easy access and analysis for me. This enables us to improve customer service and personalize conversations. In almost 4 years of adoption of the solution on big players worldwide, we only had one major incident (due to a facebook outage) that was promply solved by SAP. SAP also always send notifications regarding critical changes that may require your attention, usually with enough time to take any decision regarding how to approach the possible issue.

In comparison to other similar tools, SAP Customer Data Solutions's availability was ok but not perfect. Also, when trying to communicate these issues with the support team, took them a bit of time to answer. Specially for a team in Portugal, the responsiveness was critical and took a tool on us.

It has proven a great out of the box option for ingesting site data and building audiences off this data. Easy to integrate with many sources of data, not complicated to modify and allows us to analyze events easily.

The product has high availability and on time customer support. The support team is also promoting answering our queries. Not witnessed much application errors. Outages are planned and is notified earlier. Support team was always there when we require some early assistance before becoming acquainted with the platform and they helped in every manner.

I'd give SAP Customer Data Solutions a solid 8. In my experience, it's been quite reliable. There have been very few instances where I've encountered any downtime or application errors. Whenever there was a minor hiccup, the support team was quick to address it, minimizing any disruptions. So, overall, I'd say it's been available when I've needed it, and that's why I'm leaning towards an 8.
