Data is the key when you are looking at the overall company growth and performance. SAP data intelligence platform is on par or even better than the tools which are available in the market. Data handling and insight generation are the features which I enjoyed the most while using the same. The workflow is also suitable based on the overall business process.

Ease in use. However, processing of raw data is not an easy task, but overall, the product is very useful to process and analyse structures datasets. Also, it is a single solution of all our data management and analysis needs with AI capabilities. Further, creating dashbord to get meaningful insights on data is an add-on.

I think the troubleshooting process might be streamlined with improved error recording and tracing. A lot of information about issues and how to fix them is hidden away in the Kubernetes pods themselves. I'm not sure whether SAP Data Intelligence can fix this problem it may be connected to Kubernetes's design, in which case fixing it could need modifications inside Kubernetes itself.

I would rate usability of SAP Data Intelligence to be 6 out of 10 because it has high entry level - for some basic things to be implemented I would have contacted the tech support for the proper clarification. However, after getting introduced to the in-depth documentation, it becomes easier to implement the functionalities of the tool. It is not so obvious and intuitive from the start.

A better error logging and tracing would simplify troubleshooting. A lot of details regarding errors and how to solve them are only visible within the Kubernetes pods itself. I am not sure if SAP Data Intelligence is able to improve this situation, because it may be related to the Kubernetes architecture itself and improving things might require changes inside Kubernetes.

Overall it is an amazing platform when you have huge amounts of data to deal with and additionally with little competency in the SAP environment one can catch up to it after a while but as I have mentioned the learning curve is still high compare to a few other products out there in the market.

We use Sap Data Intelligence to merge massive amounts of data into a centralized place. The UI is intuitive and our navigation around the software is easy. SAP Data Intelligence is very easy to use and their self serve analytics can not only be used by the IT team but also those without deep knowledge in IT. We conveniently extract and profile data to get data insights for informed decision making.
