- No need to maintain in-house Data Center
- The IT persons previously required in data center 24 by 7 is not desired any more
- The high cost xeon servers replaced by cloud technology and hence, it is 100 % positive and 100 % return on investment at a certain point of time. The cost factor can be determined by the calculating the expenditure incurred on data center in past.
- No more trainings to be arranged for employees running the data center
- No more Data recovery center as well
