We usually implement SAP Marketing Cloud in conjunction with SAP commerce in most of our projects, it is used to improve marketing campaigns and drive traffic to the e-commerce site implemented in SAP Commerce. We usually implement it as a separate project from the commerce project but they always go hand in hand.
  • Great integration capabilities with SAP Cx suite
  • Relatively easy to implement
  • Great configurability
  • Higher costs compared with competitors
  • Its architecture is a bit outdated
  • Some annoying system errors might come around
The tool integrates seamlessly with SAP's customer experience suite, when you have an e-commerce platform from a different vendor it is less appropriate and more difficult to integrate although it is possible to do so.
