SAP Sales Cloud - Best CRM Tool
SAP Sales Cloud has impressive metrics and fulfills most of our organizational requirements, therefore SAP Sales Cloud was our preferred option for improving our sale processes and driving business outcomes. Along with the aforementioned other factors like a product roadmap, pre-existing relationships with other SAP products as well as third-party modules have been critical parameters while opting for this product.

With some minor improvement it will be amazing
Both are valuable products that are supporting the sales of the process of the companies. However, there are some nuances that pushed us to go with SAP Sales Cloud. Firstly, Firstly, despite we have some concerns about the customer service of SAP Sales Cloud, in contrast to Zoho One, it is way better. In terms of ease of use, SAP Sales Cloud is doing better than other.

Provides excellent integration with SF and Outlook
We selected Datahug based on reviews we heard about them. The others were niche players at that time or were focusing on other things like Cadence management or customer management. Datahug was a focused, strong player in the market along with the best UI at that time. SF integration was flawless.

Can you revel with Badgeville?
Lithium, Gigya, and Badgeville. We picked Badgeville primarily because we only needed a gamification engine, and not full set of community features like Lithium. Gigya also addresses more than we needed as they are focused on the single sign on (SSO) space, and gamification is just a feature for them.
