I never asked for support from SAP people and it was just our internal colleagues who were trained for this. Not sure if there is an option for them to help us in case of day-to-day issues we might face. I wish they had a better UI which would need lesser support.

It is impossible to match the level of support provided by SAP CRM. It doesn't matter if it's official vendor support or online forums. Taking into account the tool's worldwide reach, the vendor's support is excellent globally.

SAP's customer service is quick and efficient, with a response time of fewer than some minutes. In either case, you'll get instant help from the vendor or online forums. In addition, the vendor provides excellent global support for this tool. Like Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc., it's probably fine as a standalone CRM option.

I'm rating it a 7 right now but, a year ago, it would have been 10. Customer service had deteriorated since they moved to SAP umbrella. No information about acquisition/transition. Our CSM, RSM all are no longer a part of this new group and support queries take weeks to close
