I believe that integration is little difficult at the SAP Service Cloud platform. Their team can work on it to make more simpler. Apart from that they have fantastic application and I really love the faster implementation process which didn't take much time to implement. It is a good product.

It requires a lot of effort to integrate with other solution. Many hours of consulting and would be great if could share knowledge instead of delivering contractors. Once install, works ok, but need a lot of tweaking and knowledge that is expensive and you should know about. This systems are quiete close, so we recommend to check also another solutions.

The reason why I am rating it as 9 is because it genuinely helped us improve our performance and increase productivity. If I take away the pricing quotient which is slightly on the higher side and the time taken to Implement, it is comprised of features that do the job expected out of the tool.

It is effective when we intergrate SAP Service Cloud with CRM,EPR, Marketing automations and other customer facing or internal systems. Also it provides cloud integrations services like SAP Cloud Platform Integration which allows us to connect SAP Service Cloud with various on-premise and cloud applications.

Sometimes it creates a problem to integrate with a chat bot or tool. Which is quite hectic and toughest time for my team. Otherwise it is good tool as I have heard also from my other colleges that it makes the integration smooth.

Within the SAP world, integration is smooth. However, with non-SAP tools, we've hit some snags. Some processes become less intuitive, needing custom fixes. We've also faced compatibility issues: certain features in external tools don't mesh perfectly with SAP Service Cloud. These challenges demand extra time and effort to resolve, affecting the integration experience.

Yes, I'd rate SAP Service Cloud a solid 8 out of 10. It plays well with others, but there's always room for improvement, right? There might be a hiccup or two along the way, but once it's set up, it's like a well-choreographed dance between systems systems.

I'm personally working with various sap products long time while associated with multiple organizations. in his field it's doing very great job.sap service cloud help many organization to update their erp and application in sap.adopt AI is a big iturn if SAP.ts perform operation smoothly.also finance org heavily depends on sap services.

As said before if you o not have SAP products already working in your company I would not recommend to use it. As everything has been designed to work together. For example if you have another ERP or WMS system in your company, the integration of SAP Service Cloud altough possible it will require a lot of development effort, meaning more cost and longer ROI period.

It took my IT team a very long time to integrate the SAP service cloud with a relatively lesser known billing software to fetch in customer billing data. They took 3 months to integrate and despite that if you are trying to fetch the billing data, the system would be mostly very slow.

The use of SAP service cloud allows integration with other applications. It is necessary to initially carry out some integration projects but at the same time it subsequently automates many of the processes.We use it particularly well to connect with our internal personnel system, integration was not difficult at the beginning
