SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite Review
The product helps us to centrally document business and control processes during our S/4 implementation. During our first release of S/4, we had issues with one source of truth for our business process documentation. I envision that we will be able to use this more in the future for process mining, etc.
I used as a implementation partner for some of my customers. SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite's ability to understand the process variations and give a dash board view was great to improve the business problems. e.g. there was a problem we uncovered about multiple ways PO approval process was working

- In Process Mining, I use process mining to learn more about how SAP processes are really carried out in real world settings, I can find compliance risks inefficient and bottlenecks with the aid of this information, additionally i can use it to make sure that new procedure are implemented as intended and to validate my designs
- In Process Modeling, I make and update SAP process diagrams using process modeling, I can better understand the intricate relationships between various systems and components. they also help me solicit feedback and explain my design to other stakeholders.

We use the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite as a tool in our UX design team. Concepts, design guidelines, and screen designs are created, and we also use SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite to present them to TI and developers. As a manager, I find it most practical when designs are "translated" directly into HTML and CSS. In this way, there is no additional work for me since the creators of, for instance, A/B test experiments immediately understand how to standardize the elements and characteristics so that they appear exactly as they have been adjusted in the design. The designs can easily be copied or exported as PNG files if you still need screen captures for tickets or informative documents.
We are a mid-sized manufacturing company, and like any company, we have many difficulties with regard to compliance and process optimization. Our operations have greatly benefited from the efficient mapping, analysis, and optimization of our processes made possible by SAP Signavio. Signavio is being considered for Process Mapping of the as-is processes. The organization currently does not a have standard repository for business processes and no standardization. The organization also does not have visibility to the problems areas and improvement opportunities. The primary use case for Signavio is to enable value stream mapping at the L1/L2 level and map as-is and to-be processes at the L3/L4 levels. When mapping the to-be processes the intent is to identify improvement opportunities with existing processes. The intent is to further use industry standard best practices and run simulation to showcase the value generation to the business
