Screaming Frog is a relatively primitive system, and doesn't need to be supported by devs or other software. Screaming Frog does interface directly with some programs that are most needed (Google Analytics, Search Console, Page Speed Insights), so that's convenient. It isn't widely supported by other programs, but it also doesn't need to be.

We have not really needed a great deal of support and have found their user guide and faqs to be very helpful and sufficient for our needs. The vast majority of issues we have had have been related to knowing how to do something and not technical issues with the software. That is where the online user guide and faqs have been incredibly helpful.

I left the slider sitting on the 1 only because I have never had to contact support. I just have not run into a situation where I needed to have a question answered. I guess after 4 years of using it, that does say something about the ease of use. Considering the capabilities it really is pretty easy to use.

I've really only had to use Screaming Frog support once, and their answer was clear, helpful, and prompt. The tool is simple enough that there isn't a lot of support needed unless it actually malfunctions, which I guess is possible but is not something I have ever encountered. It is frequently updated and seems pretty bulletproof.

I've only called support once, and it was helpful! The FAQs, blog posts, and how-to guides on the website are extremely helpful and detailed. I've frequently spent time reading through these and I've been able to troubleshoot my way through most things from accessing this helpful storehouse of valuable content. If I don't have to pepper your business with calls, then that usually means that your user support efforts on the site are on-point!

I've never had to use the support but the Screaming Frog site has a great contact us form as well as a lot of downloadable resources and a comprehensive frequently asked questions section on their web site which makes searching for information or looking for assistance really easy and a positive overall experience.

What can I say? Screaming Frog works so well for making websites transparent, clearly identifying where a website can be improved, competitive research, and more, that we haven't ever needed to contact them for support. It does what we need it to do, and we hope it continues that way.

I've had very few issues, but the help I received was quick and on point. There's also plenty of well-produced documentation to make onboarding and training new users very fast. Screaming Frog can be a little daunting at first and the support is particularly important for new users.

I have had very little issues with the software, most of which can be answered with the very extensive online documentation. However the few times I have had to ask for support, they have been nothing but helpful.
