A great tool for collaborative teams!
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I used it to collate my reports and project management tasks. One of the main business problems the platform solves was giving the same live environment to reports, KPI dashboards, and tasks. The best example of this was the agency dashboard that we used to keep our team updated on tasks and the management involved in terms of KPIs and metrics of the ongoing campaigns.
Pros
- Collaborative dashboard to get data from other integrations.
- The user experience was really easy and effective.
- It is really cost effective compared to some of the other similar platforms out there.
Cons
- I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to supporting guides, knowledge centers.
- Also, customer support options might a good resource to have.
- I have always liked tools that show what similar teams are doing to use the tool. Like a case study. I did not find that here.

Return on Investment
- In terms of ROI and value there has been a positive impact for sure.
- In terms of product updates and new integrations, I feel there is room for improvement.
- It gets the basic features and APIs right which I love.
