When we need to store our documents online and are available round the clock then we choose SecureDocs. Very simple setup and we are done with uploading our files. Customization for organizing documents is a big plus over other available options. It's very economical and flat rated so suits very well most organizations. Watermarking and security is the big feature we choose.

If you want to store your organization's documents it is a very simple and secure option. Its uptime availability is incredible and due to its easy-to-use upload options and management of files, we love SecureDocs. Recently there are other options as well with less price but still, due to much-improved security and user management, it is worth it.

Great platform to manage documents in a secure fashion. It is also user-friendly and easy to work in. It allows for around-the-clock access to any document loaded in the library and has good integration. I like the ease of use and robust interface. Customer service has been great as well.

SecureDocs has better integration for our users. Great platform to manage documents in a secure fashion. It is also user friend and easy to work in. It allows for around the clock access to any document loaded in the library and has good integration. I like the ease of use and robust interface. Customer service has been great as well.

The ease of files editing using SecureDocs Virtual Data Room is amazing and the effective access to multiple files and other project documents through the tool. I still like easy data analytics production and the sharing of data across various members. Easy to integrate this software with other third-party systems and easy interface for any user to use.

Powerful features and flexibility on easy data management and the scheduling capability were excellent and unique features which allow quick multiple operations reports building and collaboration ability with SecureDocs Virtual Data Room is nice. Annotation ability is among the best and easy to pull in different files from different products and other data for analytics generation.

Sending/Receiving electronic copies of employee handbooks makes my job easier. I despise using paper, so SecureDocs makes everything convenient. I can edit PDFs which allow me to alter where information can be input and filled.

Great for professional use. Worked well for our small business of 17 employees. An example I would like to share is that I overhauled the employee handbook to be an electronic copy. SecureDocs allowed me to create certain areas that needed employee signatures, date stamps, initials, and acknowledgments. It was very handy to use.

I prefer PandaDoc because it is easy and free to use. I have used similar software and document management that PandaDoc out-competes 9/10 times. I used PandaDoc because of a promotional offer, and I wanted to see what I could do with it. At the end of the day, I resorted back to a different document manager that I felt most comfortable with.

In our organization we've been able to use SecureDocs Virtual Data Room to help us control and customize our data storage in one place. This has helped us to stay more organized, to feel that we're not putting any sensitive data and risk and to get the job done!

This product is great when you're working with companies that need to conduct due diligence, so a virtual data room is needed to hold all relevant information, virtually with an easy set up, but this also doesn't allow for external users to make any changes or edits which is great! We can also see what users have looked at and viewed so we know who has had access into it. This is not a service that works well with document editing.
