Linkedin Recruiter is great but I think SeekOut does a better job at allowing the filters to be applied better - more options to do free text vs typing in filters one by one. I also like that SeekOut shares the contact info. I strongly prefer beign able to send an email over inmail personally.

While I have not evaluated any other products similar to SeekOut, I am aware Hireology, Entelo, GEM, and others. We have not gone down the path to review these as for now SekOut has covered most of objectives needed. The information provided for both email and phone, along with diversity settings to search have been very helpful for our team.

SeekOut stands above other platforms due to the personal touch, power filters, and overall training. Customer service is beyond any other tool on the market and allows the user to gain confidence and save time. With the addition of power filters, contact information and ease of use Seekout stands above the other resources and tools that I have used in locating quality candidates.

We chose this because it was a better option, but I now in theroy feel like this was a bad choice.Luxo was more dynamic and was able to passively connect with multiple outreaches, seek out was very basic

Reducing our sourcing time is where Seekout has made the most significant difference for us. Not only do we save time by making searches easier, but also in the quality of the results we get from each search. Less time sourcing and reaching out (with Seekout's email sequencing) has yielded much more time for developing clients and new business.

LinkedIn does not offer diversity filters for sourcing and it crashes quite frequently. SeekOut does offer these filters and is almost always functional and responsive.

It is easy to automate what used to be very manual processes. This allows us to move for efficiently and reserves bandwidth for us to be more intentional towards broadening our talent pools to be more inclusive. It allows us to find and engage with passive job seekers and let them know about our opportunities.

Linkedin Recruiter has access to candidates' most updated information and additional features that indicate candidates' likelihood of responding to an outreach. There is also the option to send bulk outreach messages and other useful organizational features in the Project section.

I used Eightfold AI back in 2016-2018 and it was pretty good. I would say SeekOut is just as good, but I liked the ATS integration that Eightfold AI provided. Not sure if SeekOut has that, but would be a great addition if they do not yet have it.

We selected SeekOut as an extra level of sourcing and the intention was not to use LI anymore. They do not stack up because we are able to DM candidates, or they can message us asking questions, set up screens, send resumes, etc. You can not do that on SeekOut.

SeekOut lets you focus on diversity and specific skillsets more than Linkedin Recruiter. Linkedin Recruiter has a more basic view of candidates and doesn't let you target how long they've been in a specific position - only overall years of experience. SeekOut let's you target specific backgrounds, YOE in a specific job/field, etc.
