SeekOut review
- Reduced time to find diverse candidates. This is one area where agency spending has been highest, and SeekOut has been helpful in producing pipelines in a timely manner.
- I have found that Seekout also reduces the tie to source International candidates by more than half the time previously, with all its levers to search by continents and dive deeper from there to specific territories.
- As a negative, SeekOut, as stated previously, can have older LI versions that do not relate to the current candidate's work experience, which can be annoying and difficult to decipher at times.

Good Product, But the AI Can Be Improved

- Allowed us to search using 3 tools, LI, GEM, and SeekOut creating more broad searches

My honest review
- SeekOut is extremely time-consuming due to the amount of searches you need in order to just have sent a message to 75 people. We have hard to fill roles with specific niches.
- Costly for not getting anything more than LI profiles to message
- They don't bring anything new to the table to have us stop using Recruiter Lite, Handshake, Indeed, or ZipRecruiter to source
