- think it would be helpful if the platform offered more customization options for the video themes. Currently, the themes are quite limited and it would be nice to have more flexibility in terms of design and layout.
- I think the platform could benefit from improved collaboration features. It would be great if multiple users could work on the same video at the same time, or if there were better options for sharing and commenting on videos within the platform.
- Finally, I think it would be useful if Sendspark offered more integrations with other tools and platforms. This would make it easier to use Sendspark as part of a broader workflow and would help to make the platform more versatile. I really want a drip.com integration - that would be clutch for me.

- Ease of use - one click to record & one click to copy the thumbnail/URL.
- Video quality is consistently high.
- CTA implementation through templates is a huge time saver.
- Clean interface and virtually no learning curve.
- Works well across platforms, including mobile.
- Would be nice to be able to end a video by hitting the spacebar (or just clicking a mouse button). Having to hit the extension icon can lead to a less clean last few seconds of the video.
- One of the main advantages Sendspark has is simplicity. IF they improve beyond minor tweaks they will lose that USP and become just another over-complicated video platform (SO, I am recommending them to not improve it much more!)
- Easy to send a video.
- Provides Playrate data and tracking.
- Brandable to your business.
- Integrates with most web browsers.
- Allows screencasts and pictures in the picture window which helps when doing document reviews.
- Would love password protection for sensitive information being relayed
- AN app in the future would be great
- Better intergration with mobile phone

- Ability to upload and leverage previously recorded video (Doodly, Camtasia).
- Create an extension for Office apps (PowerPoint, etc.). The workaround is to use those apps in a Chrome browser and screen record from there.

- The video request feature is great to get testimonials from customers. They can easily upload or record a video.
- Works very similarly to Loom, but without the nasty memory limits.
- I can record my head or choose to hide it.
- The video quality / clarity is not as good as Loom, but [is] good enough.
- The video does not load as quickly as I'd like, but I think they will improve this probably.
- I can store all my videos easily.

- Send your videos with an animated thumbnail which increases CTR.
- Make recording your videos very easy.
- There's no option to pause your recording.
- The "upload" time between ending your recording and being able to send the video takes a little longer than Loom.
- It lacks integrations (ex: Notion, which we use for documenting SOPs).
