SEOquake is a powerful tool that has proven to be incredibly helpful for conducting SEO analysis and improving organic marketing strategies. Users have found this tool to be particularly useful in understanding their competitors' marketing efforts and gaining insights into their own website's performance. By providing quick insights on website data from various tools and services, SEOquake enables users to analyze rankings, SERP data, and compare their website's position with competitors.

One of the key benefits of SEOquake is its ability to identify the difference between no-follow and do-follow links on any website. This feature allows users to determine the appropriate ratio of these backlinks in their content, ultimately improving the overall SEO quality of their pages. Users have also leveraged this tool to streamline their SEO efforts and those of their clients by checking the SEO quality of pages and receiving suggestions for improvement.

Another aspect that users appreciate about SEOquake is its ability to save time and improve productivity. With the tool's comprehensive insights readily available, there is no need to switch between multiple SEO tools while writing. The on-the-go SEO insights enable users to make quick decisions for better results. Users value the real-time SEO research conducted by SEOquake while browsing websites as it eliminates the need for separate apps or websites for data.

Additionally, users find great convenience in using SEOquake as it offers a wealth of data beyond just SEO, such as Whois information. By replacing costlier competitor analysis tools, SEOquake helps users save money. It is particularly valued for conducting quick analyses of competitor websites and ensuring they meet the minimum requirements for ranking. Moreover, by implementing SEOquake as a browser extension, users can perform site audits, track digital marketing progress, and compare websites with competitors, all within an accessible user-friendly format.

Furthermore, when used in conjunction with SEMrush, another popular marketing tool, SEOquake enhances the ability to obtain quick information on a website's organic traffic data in search results. The features provided by SEMrush, including ranking, traffic data, and backlinks information, aid users in making informed decisions. The ability to change the search locale also proves beneficial for assessing search results in different locations.

Overall, SEOquake is highly regarded by its users for its ability to provide valuable insights for SEO analysis, competitor research, site audits, and decision-making processes. Its user-friendly interface and comprehensive data make it a go-to tool for improving organic marketing strategies and enhancing website performance.

Comprehensive SEO Analysis: Many users have found the SEOquake plugin to be very comprehensive, providing a wide range of SEO analysis and insights. They appreciate the accuracy and reliability of the data provided by SEOquake, making it a trustworthy tool for their SEO needs.

Customizable Tool: Users appreciate the customizability of the SEOquake plugin, as it allows them to tailor the tool to their specific needs and preferences. This flexibility enhances user experience and enables them to focus on what matters most to their optimization efforts.

Seamless Integrations: Users praise the good integrations of SEOquake, particularly its seamless integration with search engines and ability to analyze SERP data. This feature makes it convenient for users to view insights about each search result without any additional effort or manual searching.

Inaccurate Keyword Detection: Some users have found the keyword detection feature in SEOQuake to be misleading and more difficult compared to other SEO plugins. They occasionally encounter issues where SEOQuake does not provide accurate keywords for a page and instead gives the total number of possible keyword matches.

Login Issues with Third-Party Integrations: Several users have experienced issues with staying logged in to third-party integrations like SEMrush while using SEOQuake, having to log in frequently.

Interface Design and Accessibility: While not a major concern, some users suggest that the interface of SEOQuake could be improved aesthetically. They find the current design clunky, unappealing, and hard to read due to its drop-down design. Additionally, users mention that the text in SEOQuake is small, making it less accessible for those who may have visual impairments or prefer larger font sizes.

SEOquake is a great web extension that I use along with Semrush to get quick information about a website's organic traffic data in the search results. Features like Semrush ranking, traffic data, and backlinks info are great to make quick decisions. The ability to change the search locale is also helpful to see what the search results are like in different locations.
  • traffic information
  • checking serp results from different locale
  • getting display ads information
  • on-page seo data like word counts
SEOquake is a great tool to use alongside Semrush with the quick data that it provides on the search results page it's helpful to make quick decisions. The ability to change the SERP locale is also really nice as it helps us analyze the search results page from different locations.

  • good for on-page SEO and quick information
SEOquake provides more information regarding backlinks and traffic in general whereas other tools focus more on keywords and their search volume. The backlinks information it provides is also really useful in making quick decisions on which site we can focus on more when it comes to searching for backlink opportunities.

I like that SEOquake is an easy to use SEO extension. I also like that you can go on pretty much any website to do site audits, making it easy to use for customers or for my own site. It breaks down a lot of information-- including site infrastructure, backlinks, and density. It's pretty much everything you need to know about a website in a somewhat easy to understand format.
  • Gives a ton of SEO info in one area. I usually have to use a few different Chrome extensions that show different areas to get the full picture that this tool gives you up front.
  • It gives you info on ways to improve the infrastructure of your website.
  • It's free for the first 100 pages of audit.
  • It doesn't have a sleek or exciting design. It is kinda clunky and not super appealing in color.
  • Due to the drop design it can be hard to read. If they updated the program to be more modern I think it would be used much more frequently.
It covers a website's SEO from head to toe, so anytime you have an SEO audit or want to look for ways to improve your site this is the tool to use. It's even better that this tool is free and is an easy to use Chrome extension.

  • It helps promote a positive return on organic results. I have seen a 5% increase since using the program of organic search results only.
SEOquake has more information than WooRank, but WooRank has a much easier to read design. Because of this I use WooRank more frequently, because it gives me a better user experience.

SEOquake is a tool we implemented in the marketing department as a browser extension to analyze websites and provide deeper insight. We are able to use this product to keep track of our digital marketing retainer accounts in order to measure ongoing progress and success. Being able to compare websites with competitors is helpful, as many of our clients are focused on outranking the competition.
  • The SEOquake extension is helpful and non-invasive to the browser. It hides away in the top left corner and doesn't expand unless you tell it to.
  • The domain comparison feature is nice to see a high-level view of how a website sizes up against competitors.
  • It gives a nice diagnosis of some key features that the website is doing well in, and where it could improve.
  • The high-level parameters are nice to see, but for a new-to-the-tool person, they are confusing and don't provide a lot of explanation, unfortunately.
  • The keyword density section is somewhat helpful but gives the density in a percentage without rationale as to what an average percentage is or what the website should aim for.
SEOquake is a good option if you want something quick on your browser to analyze some high-level information about a website.

However, if you want more in-depth analysis, there are other tools that may be better suited for that type of work.

  • SEOquake hasn't made enough of an impression compared to some other tools we like to use. It's helpful in a sense, but lackluster where other tools shine.
SEOquake provides the basics and high overview. But SEMRush is a more robust tool that gives you the whole gamut of SEO/SEM insights. While SEMRush integrates with SEOquake, SEMRush is by far a more detailed tool providing a stronger SEO focus, stronger competitor analysis, stronger keyword research tools, and more.
