ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance is a combination of operational excellence and user friendly interface. It offers the best feature-set and value as compared to its peers.
We just recently started using TrustArc for data privacy requests and I can already speak to the fact that TrustArc is a more confusing platform once there. The positives of ServiceNow would be that a majority of our URL's drive to owned websites which our employees are very comfortable with using versus pushing them to another website that feels unsafe.

Well, I have used many GRC tools but Onspring and ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance are among the top in many organizations. And since I have worked on many I can easily distinguish, why I will choose which tools and ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance win here because, for every single problem you have, they have many plugins for you to manage and mitigate your challenges

Great tool to make risk and compliance processes very efficient
ServiceNow provides more features right out of the box than competing GRC platforms, has better pricing model that other alternative products I have used. Even though ServiceNow interface is not so user friendly, it does a great job with recording all the data we need for our organization. Whereas other similar products I have used, do the other way around, they are easier for users to understand but cant handle everything we needed for the business governance, risk, and compliance.

Great software for GRC
We performed these assessments manually for years before selecting ServiceNow GRC. Other companies we assessed were Modulo and Metric Stream. Our takeaway from the other companies was that they seemed too simplistic to handle the needs of an Oracle EBS R12 ERP and our other systems. Further, we liked the reporting elements that came out of the box from ServiceNow.

Well produced, built out, mature. Great add-on to ServiceNow
RiskVision was difficult to use, only worked in certain browsers and was an external system of what we used for other things. We had ServiceNow for a while and using the ServiceNow GRC was much better than some external tool that wasn't great for us.

Service...that really works... Now (for $$$, of course).
TraceGP is a project management tool that was customized to work with ITIL. But, nothing ITIL-like. And as we needed a tool that was really "compatible" with ITIL, we discovered in ServiceNow a real tool that could help us. We can now do things like, for example, find an incident that was related to a specific problem.

This response would have been provided in previous responses. There are pro's and con's to selecting the tool. It stacks of very nicely when you have time to develop and deploy the right processes.
