Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ServiceTitan across the entire company from field staff to office staff. ServiceTitan holds our CRM, our phone system, our scheduling system, our payroll system, and our customer communications, for the most part.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Across our organization, ServiceTitan is used to book customer jobs, schedule/track Dispatch, and report on sales performance. Personally, I use ServiceTitan on a daily basis for marketing purposes and to provide our management team with custom reports focused on Lead attribution and Sales performance. From a customer service standpoint, ServiceTitan has greatly increased our level of accurate and timely communication with our customers. After putting automated customer notifications in place, we saw a great increase in job satisfaction ratings.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our Service Department uses ServiceTitan to schedule technicians, run reports, follow up with customs, and so much more. It is our invoice and quote hub for everything enrolling service calls. The technicians have access to all the info they need from their iPads. From the moment they get a call to when they finish up at a location, ServiceTitan is another tool in their toolbox.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Service Titan across our organization in every department. Service Titan has allowed us to increase our sales and revenue. It has assisted us in becoming totally paperless. We have been able to manage inventory, scheduling jobs, giving estimates, and following up on estimates. It has a strong membership scheduling process that is important to contractors. It addressed the problem of getting reliable reporting for how our business was doing and tracking key metrics for the customer.

In this instance, it was being used by logistics in our food distribution center in Ontario California. The manager was using it on his app to track outbound and inbound freights as he was always on the move. Due to the infrastructure of the company he needed something that allowed him to see real-time reports without the need to be stuck in his office. As the company was very centralized he needed something that afforded him the flexibility of being able to get all the reports he needed without the need to be stuck in an office running excel sheets on his PC.
