  • The only negative thing I can see is that members can be victims of technostress and sometimes forget their password, how to find a document in a session. My role is to help them, reassure them and find a solution with them
  • The positive is that all our members are often members of several committees at once and instead of receiving folders with a ton of documents, which are often cumbersome and heavy, everything is on the IPads. They can also annotate their documents as they want.

  • The time consuming process of copying and distributing documents has been eliminated. In the past we always spent more or less one day with something we can fulfill now in a few minutes.
  • The access to documents from past meetings and general information (like bylaws etc.) has been tremendously improved. This helped helped especially those participants who are less organized by nature.
  • When preparing the documents for a board meeting I always had to be in HQ. Today I can handle the process from anywhere in the organization.
