Shift is (Nearly) Perfect
- Organize multiple email inboxes
- Allows for a workspace for each account
- The app integrations are handy
- Some apps don’t work as well as they would on a regular plugin for a browser
- Web browser is nice, but Chrome is a bit more user friendly
- Sometimes things load strange and take over a work space (some forms or PDFs)

Highly efficient and productive feature
- Have all email accounts in one setting
- Prevents distractions
- Quick to answer any questions I have
- Integrated all my favorite apps in one setting
- It is a little buggy but the team gets it fixed right away
- Sometimes it takes them longer to respond to my inquiries but I assume it's because they're busy
- It can sometimes heat up my laptop

- Sometimes I have some problems when a specific account tries to log in to a different account. F.i. A teams account that tries logging in with totally different credentials than it was set up for

Simple but extremely useful platform! I can't live without it.
- Streamlines personal workflow.
- It helps manage multiple inboxes quickly and easily.
- Offer tons of integrations for other platforms you use like Slack, banking, Hootsuite, etc.
- Every once in awhile it can be a bit slow.
- Once in a while if I am using Shift on my monitor screen and I close my laptop, next time I use my laptop with no monitor I can't get Shift to come up again. I can only get the window back when I plug back into my monitor. Super annoying for something that I pay for.
- It doesn't always keep you logged in to each platform you have installed. I suppose this keeps things secure - but I wish it just stayed log in to everything.
