- When it has worked it is good and simplifies shipping. In my opinion, when it doesn't don't expect anything to get fixed anytime soon. Make sure to have a backup plan.
- They definitely save me a lot of time, having everything all in one place.

Scaling a business and working with ShipStation
- In the earlier years, ShipStation was actually causing a lot of cancels due to discrepancies with shirt orders or delivery.
- Improved greatly in the last 4 years to now nearly eliminate this concern at this time.

- I can't really answer this since I don't know costs of other competitors well enough.
- I will say that when I compare Shipping Rates of Shipstation vs. Shopify Shipping, ShipStation wins so that is helping our bottomline and expenses.
- I also think that the ease of use saves labor time, so that also helps.
- Being able to get tracking out to customer quickly and accurately.
