I'd give this a 10 if I didn't have the web browser issue which could be Firefox's fault. It could also be an issue between BigCommerce and the browser. On its own, ShipStation works really well for me using USPS and Stamps.com for my primary means of shipping products both domestically and abroad. I've never used ShipStation with UPS or FedEx as their services are more costly.

I have quarterly calls with my account rep to discuss metrics and performance to ensure we are remaining consistent without fulfillment and transit times. He is super friendly and knowledgable. Whenever I have questions, if he can't answer them himself, he gets me in contact with the appropriate person almost immediately.

ShipStation customer support was easy to use. The written help sections were clear and we could find answers to our questions even if we had to dig a little and read several articles. We often used the chat feature to get quick answers. Once the system was set up for our needs it worked quite well.

Every time I've had a small technical hiccup or issue, they've gotten back to me in record time with the answers I need. You're never more than moments away from chatting with a live person if that's what's needed. They know that shipping is a mission-critical feature for eCommerce business and treat their support with the gravity it deserves.

The customer support staff at Shipstation has been invaluable. I have only needed to contact them a few times, but each time they have been very helpful and very friendly. We were able to solve the issue in a very quick and precise manner. And they also have the status page which will allow you to check to see if you should expect any issues and the time frame for them.

They are fast to answer questions and help us troubleshoot issues. In some cases, they needed a bit of a push to find solutions, but in the end it all worked out. I was not a fan of some of the updates to the program, and after trying them out had to revert to the previous version.
