Our entire organization uses ShopperTrak to manage traffic analytics. From our stores in the field to our corporate office, we all use this data to make decisions. Reports are automated and dashboards are reviewed on a daily basis.
  • Count inbound and outbound traffic
  • Compare traffic to location specific sales.
  • Detailed dashboards with at a glance actionable content.
  • Updated end users when enhancements are implemented.
  • User specific reporting.
ShopperTrak is excellent at measuring inbound and outbound traffic. Their technology works well and is very accurate. Comparing this data to sales allows our team to see conversion and shopper to associate ratios, which help us make educated business decisions.
Our ShopperTrak dedicated customer success manager is great to work with. The Technical Support team is responsive and always willing to help.
