Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why
ShowMyPC is my company's go to resource for remote access for clients that opt out of the paid services like TeamViewer and LogMeIn. The platform is secure and stable and it affords a relatively easy way for me to gain remote access to a client's device. It also allows the client to control the access rather than always on which fits the security requirements f certain industries like lawyers and doctors.
- On demand remote access
- Remote view right in the browser
- Remote meetings
- Free level should have automatic reconnect on reboot
- Being a remote access only software pricing plans could be better
- Branding should be allowed on lower plans

Needs quite a lot of improvement, but considerable for individuals.
ShowMyPC is being used by the Support Services department of my organization. It is used to provide remote support and assistance in configuration management and software support services of the organization. Since the software is financial software and suites, it was crucial to have a support product with proactive support such as ShowMyPC where chat support is quick during business hours.
- Easy access to help with software issues.
- Technical support
- Access to Remote desktop control
- Recording sessions for paper trails
- No support for Mac
- Software produces lags at times, not the smoothest
- No integration with CSP's for file transfer
