This product offers a range of use cases that have proven to be valuable for users. It enables contract signing and vendor onboarding processes, providing a more efficient and quicker signing experience. Users have praised the product for preventing tampering with documents and adding trust to business transactions. Additionally, the ability to carry their office in their smart phone or tablet has been highly appreciated by users. The product has solved the problem of having an easy and secure way to have independent contractors sign agreements and other documents, eliminating the need for physical presence at the office. It also facilitates obtaining signatures for real estate documents and streamlines the process of obtaining outside vendor signatures on internal manual rewrites. The product ensures that everyone has the same version of signed documents stored online, offering a comprehensive solution for digital signatures with easy deployment and usage. Users have found it particularly helpful in remote signing situations, moving away from traditional ink signatures. Furthermore, it automates the approval process for critical documents, minimizing operation time and ensuring authenticity. The user-friendly interface has been commended, as it provides a single-page solution that accommodates complex business workflows. The product also enables digital signing of deals and agreements using Word or PDF documents, making it ideal for cloud-based signatures when signatories are from different countries. Users have found comfort in being able to collect digital signatures from independent contractors regardless of their location, which is especially useful when individuals are traveling. Email notifications when documents are signed and the option to store or download signed documents have further enhanced user experience with the product. Overall, users have found this product to be an excellent solution for signing contracts, managing clients, and cloud-based document management across their organizations. They appreciate its flexibility with contract drafting as well as the exceptional customer service support provided.

Easy to Use and Versatile: Many users have found the system easy to use and appreciate its ability to handle multiple documents and workflow possibilities. The intuitive interface allows for quick navigation, making it convenient for users of all skill levels. Some reviewers mentioned that they were able to integrate digital signing into their own applications seamlessly through the API, enhancing the versatility of the product.

Efficient Document Tracking and Management: Several users highlighted the usefulness of being able to track the progress of documents and receive alerts, which accelerates sign-off times. This feature ensures that no document gets lost or delayed in the signing process, improving overall efficiency. Users also praised the ability to store soft copies of documents securely within SigningHub, eliminating the need for physical storage and enabling wireless printing when needed.

Flexible Signing Options with Advanced Features: Reviewers appreciated a range of advanced features offered by SigningHub. The system allows for local and server-side signing, providing flexibility in signing documents from various devices. Additionally, some users liked that SigningHub complies with legal requirements as it supports Advanced Electronic signatures according to the ECT act of 2002. The availability of options such as digital signatures, text fields, dates, signature templates, and long-term signature adds value to businesses or departments frequently dealing with contracts and legal documents.

Lack of functionality: Some users have expressed dissatisfaction with the API, stating that it lacks certain features and does not fully support all the functionalities of SigningHub. This limitation hampers their ability to effectively utilize the software for their specific needs.

Difficult signature capture: Several reviewers have found it challenging to capture signatures, particularly on smartphones. They have suggested the inclusion of additional options such as using a stylus or pencil to improve the signing experience. The current method of capturing signatures is seen as cumbersome and inconvenient, especially when working on smaller screens.

Clunky user interface: Users have criticized the user interface for being clunky and unintuitive compared to similar products they have used. They find tasks like uploading documents, adding recipients, and updating fields cumbersome and time-consuming. The lack of an intuitive design makes it difficult for users to navigate through different functions smoothly, leading to frustration and decreased efficiency in document management workflows.

Users highly recommend SigningHub for its mobile app and secure backup feature for personal and office documents. They suggest doing thorough research and understanding the different workflow options before using SigningHub. Users also appreciate the flexibility of integration with SharePoint or standalone, as well as the availability of pricing options for different budgets. Additionally, users believe that SigningHub is the only product on the market that fulfills security requirements for electronically signing documents. This makes it ideal for businesses with permanent customers and ongoing services, and for industries like real estate and law firms.

Provided an excellent solution for signing contracts, managing clients and being able to have everything we needed in one solution. Overall, it provides excellent options, flexibility with contract drafting and most importantly, cloud management across the company. Never experienced any problems or glitches, whilst customer service has been excellent with all our requests.

  • contract management

  • more plans
  • better design
Based on my experience I would say that if the company manages a long list of clients, it requires a good suite to use with managing contracts and employment. It might be less appropriate if the company is small.

I used SigningHub when I hired independent contractors for overflow work in my writing / editing business. I have specific processes that I use in my business. I require ICs to sign an independent contractor agreement, privacy policy, non-compete agreement, and non-disclosure agreement. Since I office from home, the ICs I work with also work from their own location. Sometimes, they're in my state and sometimes they're in another area of the nation. SigningHub allowed me to collect digital signatures on all of my documents regardless of where the IC was located. I had the ability to either upload the documents for each individual IC or upload master files and prep them for signatures within SigningHub.

None of the ICs I worked with had any issue with logging in to sign the documents. SigningHub would email me to let me know when the documents were signed. I could either store or download a copy of the signed documents (which was also nice).

I don't use SigningHub at this time, but it's not because I had a bad experience. I've stopped hiring ICs despite my workload. However, if / when I need to collect digital signatures for my company in the future, SigningHub will be my vendor of choice.
  • You can add individual documents for each person that needs to sign something.
  • You can upload documents you use over and over and prep them within SigningHub.
  • You can allow SigningHub to store them and you can download copies if needed.
  • You're notified by email when the signing process is complete.
  • You can limit the amount of time that the signor will have access to the document.
  • You can create a workflow for each document.
  • I found setting up a workflow for each different document a little confusing.
  • I'd get errors from time to time when prepping a document. This usually happened when I was inserting a date field or a signature field (which are fairly important fields for contracts).
  • The one time I needed help and contacted the company, the representative made me feel like I was dumb.
SigningHub worked well for me for collecting digital signatures on contracts from independent contractors. It's well suited for both small businesses (like mine) and bigger businesses since you can create a specific workflow for each sort of document you upload. It's also great for storing the signed and master documents. However, it may not be appropriate in certain industries with specific data security rules. Check with the regulators of your industry before using (lawyers, I'm talking to you...).
  • It was very affordable for a small business. I could use it for unlimited documents for a very modest monthly fee.
  • It could handle an unlimited number of documents.
  • Document retrieval is easy.
I've used DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat DC in the past. DocuSign is nice because it easily integrates into Word, but it's also a bit pricey for a small business who may not use it all that much. Acrobat is great for signatures, but documents signed are stored on your own hard drive. Whereas, they're stored on SigningHub's end.
