The price was a big decision on choosing airSlate SignNow. airSlate SignNow was simple to setup.

We were a former user of DocuSign. We decided to switch, mainly due to DocuSign being a prohibitively high price and SignNow offer very similar features for a more affordable price.

I chose airSlate SignNow over DocuSign due to its user-friendly interface, cost-effectiveness, and swift implementation. SignNow's intuitive design simplifies the e-signature process, ensuring a seamless experience. Additionally, its competitive pricing model aligns with my budget, making it a practical choice. The quick onboarding and integration further solidified SignNow as my preferred solution for efficient document signing.

I chose airSlate SignNow over DocuSign primarily due to the superior ease of use and a more intuitive user interface (UI). airSlate SignNow's UI stood out with its simplicity and well-thought-out design, making the entire process of signing and managing documents much more straightforward.The drag-and-drop functionality and the ability to customize signature fields in airSlate SignNow were additional factors that tipped the scale in its favor. These features not only streamlined the signing process but also allowed for a more personalized and efficient document management experience.

SignNow doesn't offer 3 x free documents to be signed monthly, and requires a subscription vs a pay-per-use, which is where Secured Signing shines. Secured Signing also has video verification and additional security measures that SignNow doesn't have. However, I find SignNow to be easier to use than Secured Signing.

We looked at several different offerings such as HelloSign and DocuSign, but SignNow offered the same basic options for a lot less money. It was easy to implement and very user friendly. We didn't need a lot of bells and whistles which the other guys offered which honestly just complicated things.

SignNow's closest competitor is eversign. While they both do the same thing, SignNow has more features and allows you to draw documents from more locations (i.e. Dropbox and Google Drive) than anyone else. Their customer service is the best as well.

User-friendly. SignNow also has an affordable cost for individuals and small businesses while still including a top performance. Only one license works across many different platforms, and it's recognized and accepted across many countries.

DocuSign is more complicated and marks up the signature when all we need or want is an electonic method to sign and send back a doc.

SignNow is more user-friendly and inviting. The platform is also cleaner and clearer and easier to understand. At the time that we made the switch to SignNow, it provided more functionality and the ability to have a more personalized experience when using the product than DocuSign did. SignNow was also more cost-effective for the number of documents we send in a year.

DocuSign was robust and great, but was expensive.

I chose SignNow because of the direct signing link available - I could not find other signature software that had that feature.

The most cost-effective platform for our size and needs. Some had barriers such as needing to download an application or not a household name, and thus, needed some more "pointing out" and following up with. SignNow also has a great, Incognito Alerts setting where you can remind patients to sign things if they have not yet.

DocuSign has better integration with other programs but sign now is less expensive and better for our bottom line.

Have stuck with SignNow over the last few years for the price and covering of basic functionality. Does what it needs to do on a daily basis. DocuSign is super pricey (they charge on a cost per send model, which baffles me). SignNow is unlimited. HelloSign was also a good cheap option, but SignNow ended up being better for us.

I have only used the Adobe program a couple of times, but it seemed like it was harder to use. I might give it another chance at some point in the future, but right now, it feels a little bit like it is new and isn't quite ready for prime-time.

I am not the one who investigates or decides on the programs.

I've tried DocuSign and received some pushback from clients as the other solution was not as intuitive.

It comes at about half the cost and has all the same features, so SignNow was an obvious choice.

SignNow was the cheapest option at the time, so the decision to use it was driven by the cost alone, given the feature parity.

The biggest difference between DocuSign and SignNow is the price! SignNow is so very affordable as compared to DocuSign which was the initial draw. I do not have any loyalty to another software just because it may be popular or widely used by others, I'm looking for a solution that gets the same job done but at a more economical price!

SignNow was cheaper and offered the same features that I needed.

I currently use eSign Genie because it offers per use pricing options. However, I find the interface to be more confusing. It is more confusing for me and more confusing for the recipient signing documents.

DocuSign has benefits as well but the pricing is prohibitive for what I need on a day to day basis. SignNow gets the job done at a price I can afford. Its value proposition is good and I have very few issues with it.

We were comparing the two and in the end, we liked the ability to use the kiosk mode provided by SignNow and the pricing structure seemed more reasonable.
