For the price and features airSlate SignNow is a really good basic platform. There could be some improvements on customizations.

It's appropriate for most companies who need documents filled out and signed easily by multiple parties. It also comes at a fairly competitive price point, which is never a bad thing.

airSlate SignNow is well-suited for streamlining document workflows, especially in industries like legal, real estate, and finance, where secure and efficient e-signatures are crucial. It excels in scenarios requiring seamless collaboration and compliance. However, for simple, one-time document signing tasks, it might be seen as more robust than needed, making it less appropriate for minimalistic use cases.

Most use cases it is successful - some more detailed multi organisational contracts were difficult to track. Its difficult to associate contacts from contracts involving multiple organisations. There also isnt a native integration to our CRM so we have to manually download and add the signed versions to our deal pipeline - this was a while ago so there may now be an integration available

SignNow works well for creating a template that then can be shared with a link for people to fill in their details and sign. I do wish it then could easily collect the response data natively to a Google Sheet.

SignNow is particularly useful for simple documents, forms and contracts where there the fields are pretty standards- names, signature block, title. It would be helpful to have features that allow substitution of certain fill in the blanks such that allow you to use the same template but first have a dialog to integrate language for a person, corporation, partnership or LLP. I'm a lawyer and having the ability to assemble variation of this nature into one template would be helpful. Also (and it may do this) the ability to change the actual form/document within the a template would be useful.

Ease of use for someone who is not technical. Saves time as you dont have to send documents manually or hard copies for signature.
At time the tool crashes and then the entire task has to be done again. There is room on improving the templates on the tool. Plus having the option to select fonts should be there.

We use SignNow to have clients sign retainer letters, contracts, affidavits and legal pleadings, and it is very suitable for this purpose.

Well Suited: Small company with a single primary user and several participants in the process. SImple to manage and keep track of the status.

SignNow is well suited for any situation where you need to send a document to an individual or group of people for signatures. When sending documents to groups, you can send them to everyone all at once or dictate the signing order, making it easy to customize the signing process to your unique needs.

When we have documents that need to be sent out + signed ASAP, it helps to use SignNow to streamline the signing process. In my opinion, it wouldn't be well suited for an urgent document that has to be mass-signed by a group of people (specifically, the 'bulk invite' feature)

SignNow is great for a cheaper alternative to DocuSign. It does everything DocuSign does, but is less expensive. The "create a link" feature is great for embedding in a website or email. I wish they would reduce the cost of the API as I would use them even more and would solve more problems I have using manual processes.

We use SignNow across our entire organization - including marketing, sales, HR, operations, and product. We honestly haven't encountered a scenario where SignNow isn't sufficiently user-friendly. It also works well when sending a document for signature to a cohort of recipients. It is also easy to track the recipient's history with the document.

My organisation uses SignNow to get the documents electronically signed. We work with multiple vendores, partners and other OEMs who are in different countries and work on different time zomes.
It is very easy and convinient to use SignNow and get the documents verified and signed, I recommend this solution to compaies with similar usecase

Overall, I find SignNow to be a magical tool. Simply put, it's a fantastic tool for e-signatures and personalizing documents according to your preferences.

It's suited for official documents. You can have trust that it will serve its purpose. Eventually is a platform that can operate in the background of your operations. Reliable. There are times we simply don't need it until we do. We had no idea how to insert signatures in the way we wanted until this. Simple solution. Not bad for any scenario.

If your organization needs a tool to allow for greater access and flexibility for a remote or semi remote workforce SignNow is a great solution. It is a simple yet extremely efficient piece of software that allows your team to distribute, execute, and delivery agreements from anywhere anytime.

SignNow is well suited for small to mid sized businesses in my opinion. It is a well-priced tool which was what we needed, not wanting to spend an arm and a leg but still have the functionality of some of the big document signature companies. I think the main fix it could work on is sometimes emails get sent to spam for people

SignNow is well suited Digital and secured signatures in documents. Sharing the document to associates securely.
Not suited where cost is a concern. There are lower cost products available with lesser features available in market. Scanning of physical documents could have helped alot.

SignNow is a more cost effective way to get electronic signing done. Perfect for real estate agents who are constantly needing to get documents signed for listing and selling properties. We use this platform on a weekly basis and find it well priced and easy to use. I would have no problem recommending it and have done many times in the past few years that I have been using it.

The best suited is for signing documents with legal binding and also sales contracts which has clause which makes easy for both the parties to keep track of things. The signing link is best feature that can be also shared easily and quickly. The email invites can be sent at one click.

The ease of use and clarity in all steps is amazing, no hesitation and very direct even if it is your first time using this software. No second guessing and clear lines to center everything on the page to sign space.

Being able to take a document and send it through SignNow with pre-filled fields, or highlighting which fields need to be completed helps us to save time, ensure documents are fully completed before signing, and guides the signers to the specific locations that need attention. Complete game changer for our office.

Customer facing documents such as proposals and contracts were a good use case for SignNow. Being able to quickly get out documents and track the progress throughout the cycle made it more efficient for us as an organization. Being able to stay on top of where the documents were enabled our sales team to stay on top of things and create urgency when there was a slowdown.

Frankly, we believe having to pay for a PDFfiller subscription and pay for a separate SignNow subscription to unlock the complete functionality seems to be a "double-dip." That said, for most circumstances (standard intake documents, employee agreements, amendments), we're able to successfully utilize the product without too many restrictions. Some help videos might also be appreciated.
