Signpost campaigns allow your company to solicit contacts for feedback and reviews. The exceedingly aggressive Signposts sales associates make it sound very easy, but in reality, it requires a lot of effort and supervision. The real issue occurs when you decide to cancel their services. There is no cancel button, you can’t even simply send an email. Instead, you must endure another pushy salesperson for their “offboarding process.” Further, since Signpost requires that you sign a contract, and pay in advance, there is no way to get your money back for the remaining months of your contract. This is a very shady company that practices unscrupulous billing tactics. It is probably best to avoid them. I really wish that I had found some of these terrible reviews before they took $2,000 from me. Just stay away!

It has all the main features from collecting customer feedback to get more positive reviews, it helps a lot in increasing business revenue and wins new customers. It has been a great help for me in collecting customer feedback and take action according to it.
- The best feature that I like the most and have been using for some time is their marketing tool. Signpost makes marketing an easy task. It has enhanced our productivity.
