Our website provider, NABR Networks offers a similar feature but it does not have the robust pre and post event communications options or ability to provide a variety of signup template options

SignUpGenius: A Great Tool for Church Ministry!
We briefly used another sign-up website called "Bring the Cups."Needless to say, this website did not nearly offer the same amount of robust features as SignUpGenius did. Bring the Cups was streamlined and simple, but it bordered on simplistic. In all honesty, Bring the Cups did not nearly meet our needs the way SignUpGenius did. Consequently, I returned to using SignUpGenius as quickly as possible.

Helpful way to do a large signup
I haven’t used other products because I’ve always used SignUpGenius when I need a big signup sheet in this kind of format. Depending on the situation, I might just create a shared document in Word or Google Docs and give people access to fill in whatever information I need from them.

SignUpGenius - a Genius Form PlatFORM
SignUpGenius definitely allows more customization than using Google Forms for signing up / volunteering purposes. If I am creating a form for an event, 99.9% of the time I will use SignUpGenius. It also easily walks non-users through signing up - which is a feature that Google Forms does not have.
I have never used any other product that is similar to SignUpGenius, this was my first exposure to something like this.

Volunteer Management System to Rely On
I know of Eventbrite and how you can use it to promote an event. My event was for families and kids. The event was also free. Eventbrite I could have used for this but it did not have the abilities like SignUpGenius for me to organize and stay in contact with my community and volunteers. Both are free but Eventbrite didn't have the functionality I needed. Also it isn't used in my area of these activities to gather people

SignUpGenius Review
SignUpGenius offers features that OneDrive does not have. Specifically, around automation and management in one place with a Free option. Other software in the same lane only offer free trials. The ads found on SignUpGenius can be distracting and a nuisance but understandable since you are getting to use the software for free.

A Great Way to Organize Your Business
We have used Google Forms for many things and while it is useful, it isn't as easy for things like meetings, parties, and gatherings. When I look at the data from SignUpGenius, it's easy to understand and I know exactly what is going on. With Google Forms, it can be much more complicated for something simple like "What do I need to bring?"

A Genius Way to Organize a Sign Up
I have used Doodle for years to poll groups on possible meeting dates and times and choose one that works for the whole group. I still use the product regularly and find that SignUpGenius is a great compliment, as it works the other direction: when I have the dates and times set, but need people to choose one specific appointment or work time.

Helpful product for organizing volunteers
We've used other services (such as Doodle Poll) to get similar information and it's been easy to get what we need from SignUpGenius. I love that SignUpGenius will send reminder emails for me so it can keep everyone up to date. It's also easy to edit so I can change things easily if I need to while keeping everyone in the loop.

NonProfits See This
I prefer the use of SignUpGenius as it is more user-friendly. I am not limited to 10 questions and then have to pay for additional features. While I do not like the additional feature payment, as we are a nonprofit, I will continue using the free services.

Love it!
SignUpGenius is much better. The volunteers can text reminders. The templates are beautiful and professional. I also appreciate that you can use passwords to protect your signup.
We have not utilized other like products.
