Pros

Unfortunately our experience was very poor, so I don't have anything for what they do "particularly" well.

Cons

Transparency about the capabilities of their system. We would have never chosen WingSpan had we had a clear picture of the limitations of their system.
Ease of use - as an administrator we found it to be difficult to work with. Of course, improvements may have been made in this area since we used it last.
The user interface could use some updating.

Return on Investment

I feel it set us back a bit, and also caused us to lose credibility with our management team after it turned out to be a "failed experiment."
We have gone back to a manual system of doing goal setting that works better for us.
